Landmark Hotel Riqqa

It was very comfortable stay. Staff was very coporative. Specifically dhannveer who helped us to serve JAIN FOOD on request. Others like sarika, SKY also very helpful. Would recommend for family, friends. Location was good..2 km from gold souk.

The location was excellent. In the middle of 3 meteo stations. Food was average. Not much baby food options. The room was average. The hair dryer was not working even after multiple complaints. There were no charging sockets for Indian chargers.

Hotel food so good and location is very good and facilities is excellent.staff is very helpful land friendly.

We booked hotel for one day when the time came for check out, they are saying sir there is little bit of stain of Tomato ketchup it’s even not visible with our eyes they made us to pay 100 dhirams for that what type of service is this do they don’t have cleaners to clean worst hotel please don’t visit anyone you will regret I know they will delete this comment soon. This is not a 4 star hotel, but a 2 star hotel, if you check its facilities and staff behaviour. Location is good and walking distance from the metro station. There is a super market just opposite to the hotel which makes it easy for groceries, etc. Food is below average. Same menu every day and preparation is below average. There is no hygiene and you will see lot of flies on the breads and food items. One of my fruit juices had a dead fly in it. Staff is unprofessional and doesn't show any cooperation at all. They won't wish you Good Morning or Good Evening once you check in or cross by them. It is like they have taken you for granted. Amenities are below average and cannot be termed for a 4 star hotel. I suggest not to go ahead with this hotelif you have any other option.

Amenities were as expected, the breakfast was disappointing, old fruits, stale bread. The serving staff saved the day.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The facilities were excellent, the room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was relaxing. I especially want to highlight the amazing service from the front office staff. Rawan and Gloriya were both very professional, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. They made sure all my requests were handled smoothly and always greeted me with a warm smile. Their hospitality truly made my experience memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back.

The hotel is average. Room size is average. Furniture is slightly outdated as they seem to be more than a decade old. The breakfast menu really needs improvement. Good part is there are several options for restaurants. Al Riqqa and Burjumam stations are both 8-10 mins of walk.

We have stayed 5 nights with 2 room 4 adult and 1 infant it was good stay, all basic facilities available. Food: breakfast including hotel was average they should have more varieties. For lunch and dinner nearby many options restaurant available nearby is landmark restaurant where you can get all indian food also on union metro station you will get pure veg restaurant which is vrundavan restaurant. If you visit to meena bazar you will get many options best reasonable restaurant is gujarati thali restaurant where you can get unlimited food in 16 aed per. Location : location is very good nearby metro station union and al rigga and salah al din metro all 3 metro stop are walkable. You will get supermarket just outside hotel, new era supermarket and others. Service ; staff was very good and polite on request they are very helpful, we have got early checkin without hassel with no extra money at 12. 30pm. 150 aed is tourism tax which you have to pay while checkin as it's and dubai government rule. Overall stay was good, recommended.

Its good but not worth of the money the room that they will give to me the fridge there its not cold enough for the food to put there, only that issue overall is good

Very good location close to the metro, the staff very professional, the furniture and the bathroom are too old, the internet is too weak, breakfast very poor hotel needs a renovation.

They didn't give us 25% discount on breakfast and gave us twin beds which were combined to make a king size bed and check in was also given late in the evening at 6:00 pm

They gave me twin beds and by joining it made a king size bed was a terrible experience
