The stay was extremely comfortable. The front desk Manager Dina was extremely helpful with an early check in. Rooms were very well kept. The bfast buffet was an excellent spread, however the Indian food could see some improvement.

I choose this Hotel because of it’s brand value . My stay was very disappointing due to serious cleanliness issues. The room and corridors was dusty and clearly not cleaned properly. The pool water was cloudy and unfiltered, raising hygiene concerns—and I felt discomfortable to get in to pool after seing weird particles in the water. Worst of all, I had itching while sleeping and found small insects in the blanket, indicating poor housekeeping and laundry hygiene. Overall, the cleanliness standards were unacceptable, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless improvements are made.

It wasn’t my first stay here my husband always book from his application but this time I wasn’t happy with the dusty room and especially the bed and the noise of maintenance in the corridor i definitely will not comeback because even when i complained they didn’t take my complaint seriously

Friendly Staff: The service was warm and professional. Staff at the front desk and restaurant were helpful and responsive to requests. 4. Food & Facilities: The breakfast spread was satisfying with a decent variety. The gym and pool were clean and accessible, although the pool area could benefit from more seating.

Great place to stay. The staff are very hospitable, respectful and helpful. The room is clean, well organized and fit to our preference.

This day was a shock! A terrible experience me and my partner who is a doctor residence in Dubai expecting me arriving from KSA. So on day 12 of the stay, no any hazard or staff calls! A police officer by 12 AM with 2 hotel staff strangely had us outside wanted to confirm our next day extension balance is only 50 dirhams. Clearly saying take it and go by morning but we paid 125 plus an online booking as quick solution although 100% it was cash covered. With a smile on mixed with a big wow! Police for this!! So continuing online payments again surprised us had us awake all day outside the room after bringing local authorities saying our cash payment not accepted! But anyhow! to bring police to the room during the night times to make us leave or stay under their price which was double (318dhs) is a big deal of the hotel concept in general. disputing a one day charge was not covered in our pre deposited cash suddenly had us locked outside this time till 4 AM until no way to book online so paid 2 night online to access the remaining luggages and we slept scared after telling us 9Am police is here to put you in jail😭 Started on 12th, discriminating and treating couples like homeless after 10 days stay, having no policy to refuse our memberships points earnings that allows 3 days +1 free night. and approved a day after booking to purposely having a day as no pay and lock us outside the room till the morning for the next day is humiliating specially having police patrol for an amount of 1/13 days stay loaded with all luggage’s. Mr. Muneeb literally removed our booking from system after we rejected his refund and leave offer. Dropping 2 free nights per membership online bookings AT LEAST!! If for real we got confused of one day cover. Indeed double booking happened of 203 dirhams and 189 from other app yet he managed to have us outside by the next morning cutting AC service and phone experiencing a hell of a night till we got kicked by an officer of Dubai police who i believe that they have some agreement to convince my partner to leave for his and I peace of mind in a friendly way. Sadly we left almost 550 dirhams paid and not refunded. I landed from KSA on 13th Tojo in my partner and never expected this Mr. Suliman and Muneeb duty managers to do this. I will proceed legal case against them till they proof no cash payment by cctv and show any misbehavior from us would lead them to threatening us like this under a global organization. Still not recovered from this traumatic stay.

Was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. Despite the hotel's promising appearance in the listings, the service and amenities fell far short of expectations.

The hotel had big spacious room and very clean bathrooms. The sports bar at the ground floor was really cool and they played good music too.

we loved it very much, pretty much everything from room, breakfast, pool, sauna. they gave us a very tasty complimentary cake and decorated our room. 💯

They welcomed us with the warmest smiles and facilities room was amazing and the food n service was quick and friendly.

We had a comfortable stay at the hotel, the hotel was clean and the staff were polite. They also offer free shuttle services at specific times to the dmcc metro station.

Buffet breakfast was really below standards. Pancakes were super thick and solid hard, salt was missing in everything, poha had beans and sweet corn (can you imagine, a loo matar sabzi with gobi paratha (not puri, not plain paratha. Really? usually good hotels don't goof up buffet breakfast, it's pretty standard. This was such a disappointment !

Overall hotel was bery good howe really the service was very bad in beginning on reception we should the booking confirmation amd tax invoice amd they refused to give us room by saying call makemytrip we don’t receive your payment. Then they call us back come our finance said okay to give room. 2- we called for water at 5 pm waited till 9 pm with multiple calls they were keep saying in 5 minutes. But no one showed up and we went out to buy the water.

Everything is beautiful rooms all good ac is good very neat clean food also good swimming pool is good
