The service and room are average, I'm trying to change my booking date, but there he is asking for an additional price compared to the new date price.

Very old rooms and accessaries. No parking facility. Not suitable for a family stay. Also the front desk response needs to be improved, specially when a guest comes at night with old aged people.

Complliment break fast was very poor and we need to be collected it from reception in a small box and the food was not meeting the standard and also it was not fresh and it was so cold. Room was 5 min walk from metro station. but the room was below average. Toilets was not clean and sanitarywares and accessories has cracks and rusted

Stay was good but i booked for four person and by some circumstances primary guest reached late at location and they not allowed others inside so bad experience in that sense

The room washroom is not clean, and the picture washroom is good but reality is not good and clean. Its very small washroom. The balcony is not clean. The ac leakage is in carpet. The carpet is wet. There are no slippers in the washroom. When i asked to clean the washroom to room boy he is asking what to clean, not in good manner. But the cafe of this hotel is good he is good service. And friendly.
