Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah

Was looking ahead to relax for a day with my younger sis. But completely disappointed with their standards valet parking unattentive staff, had to honk and call them for parking. Checking process was slow and delayed consumed lot of our time. However out of all the dinner was most tasteless and stale food i tried. Anyways over all i would rate them 1 because of swimming pool and decent breakfast. But would definitely never visit them again. And neither recommend anyone.

It’s a beautiful property and a place for perfect family

So the service was okayish but the food had minimal indian options. Thanks to head chef here as he cooked my preferred food and served it vell. Major issue happened while checking out was they asked me for addition 331aed for no reason in the name of charges. My whole trip was paid for in advance yet they were asking for the amount and asked me not to even move away from the eyesight of the receptionist until i clear them off. I had to contact mmt and get it resolved between them post which mmt helped me in the checkout process.

It was a luxury experience for us. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Best part about the location is it has a private beach and the pool is huge.

waldrof astoria dubai palm is an excellent property 10/10.i had a wonder experience, the stay was super amazing. every staff member i encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help. specially nadeem in the front desk, he went above and beyond to make sure i have a wonderful experience on my birthday. thank you! will recommend to my colleagues.. team mezzerie prepared special pancakes for my birthday. chef rahul went overboard to feed us with his mouth watering butter chicken and dal tadka. they truly made my day special

Very nice hotel, great interiors, exceptional view of dubai marina & sea. Excellent breakfast & in room dining services. Good swimming pool & restaurant near pool

Waldorf astoria the palm is a very delightful experience quite and calm the property is huge and very clean the staff is nice especially head chef rahul b at mezzerie restaurant he curates mouth watering dishes a must visit place

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights & nothing was great about this hotel. We asked for half an hour late check out as we were with the baby still they refused. No one picks the call when u call at reception.

I paid entire amount, but they didn’t accept it and had asked me to pay which lead to delay in check out. I had to wait for nearly an hour for clearing this issue . They didn't consider the fact that we had a five month old baby with us which put off the whole experience of the nice stay at the hotel .

One of the best hotels in Dubai so relaxing the suite is amazing a must stay for everyone.

Amazing stay in Astoria. Will visit again

We were 9 people and 4 rooms. We came in at noon, and on request were given a room (3 pm is their check-in) and then we were forgotten. We had to go back and ask for rooms and they were released 1 by 1. The last room was not released till 4 pm and even then we were given 2 rooms which had existing occupants. What an embarrassment. The next day was my dad's 80th birthday, and we had asked the receptionist to send in the cake as a surprise between 2:30 and 3 pm. The entire family is in the room and the cake does not come. We tried reaching here at reception but she was not there. What a monumental goof-up Similar experience with travel. It's a nice hotel, great rooms, people wanting to serve and keep clients happy but they make some elementary mistakes. Will never give me the confidence to host a large party in this venue.

I have only rated this hotel good, good staff the first day at Waldorf Astoria was not good this place is very far airport and everything not so good convenience I will rate this hotel average.

Exotic hotel with great leisure

Best hotel. This hotel have spacious rooms and washrooms.

Its an absolutely gorgeous resort, we had the best view of the ocean. Tastefully designed rooms. The breakfast was wonderful, gym facility is well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay and will highly recommend.

We recommended this hotel to others. Everything is OK instead of food. Food is not good and very much expensive. They have to improve quality of food. Indian food is included in buffet. Rooms are neat & clean. Service is very good. Prompt action and response.
