The Wescott Plaza Hotel Apartments Bur Dubai was newly renovated. Good for families and solo travellers. It's close to adcb metro and burjuman metro however tout need to book a taxi. Taxis are easily available. All the shopping areas like bur dubai and karma are also close by.

Location is very accessible to metro train, shops. Staff are friendly and accommodating. However, the kitchen equipment so old you cannot read the label you have to guess how to use.
