Everything is good in this property. I stayed 7 days in this i am giving 9 out of 10. Metro is near, mall is near. So best deal. I mostly recommending this property. Must go for this.

Location is good. House keeping staff is not so great along with the person who is at reception in night around 11pm. I have requested for a water bottle and he was started arguing with me. Kitchens pots were dirty and not cleaned along with a lot of scratches which is not recommend for cooking. As it was a studio it was not worth for the price they have charged. Morning staff is well behaved.

Excellent stay, very good reception services and a good convenient location opposite city centre mall.

I stayed last time and my experience was best....this time hotel staff was not cooperative...I wanted to change the room but they were looking for extra money even in off season..I asked them for late checkout as my flight was delayed...but again they expected money for it....not good service when I was a returning customer..they must have treated me better...I am not booking it next time...🙏

This is our 2nd time to stay there, we really enjoyed our stay, staff are decent and friendly as well.

We will definitely go there again. The place is suitable for families. We enjoyed our stay, the staff were extremely friendly and offered great hospitality. Also, upon checking in, we got upgraded. Besides, the hotel location is excellent.

Bad experience in this hotel the reception team does not do their job and there is no maintenance of the bathrooms in the rooms

The location was perfect, regarding the facilities it's a very clean comfortable hotel, you will not hear a voice, the staff very friendly, 100% i'm going to stay there again.

The property is close to Dubai International Airport and City Centre Mall is right across the road. Our room was on the 9th floor and it was cosy and nice. We reached at 11 AM but could only get the room at around 1PM, still before their usual checkin time. Since I am a vegetarian, I couldn’t enjoy the breakfast as the options were limited. Overall a nice and comfortable stay.
