Superb. loved the ambiance, cleanliness and the vibe of the property. water body, boating, shopping everything at walkable distance. I wish we had more time. will have to come back again.

I stayed at this place for 1 day. It was a good experience. The rooms were really clean, and the ambiance was super awesome. It gave a calm and pleasant feeling.

Beautiful place, clean and really positive all around. The location is strategically really good as all the markets are nearby, and the airport is also close.

My experience at this property was unfortunately far from what I expected. The room I was given did not match the one I booked, and the air conditioning was completely non-functional despite the heat. There was a persistent bad smell in the room, which made it uncomfortable to stay in. When I used the shower, water flooded the bathroom due to poor drainage and apparent water damage. To make matters worse, the food offered was of very poor quality and lacked variety. Overall, I was deeply disappointed

We stayed here for two nights. The hotel is located in Al Seef area in a beautifully curated heritage locality. The place was amazing and we spent a whole lot of time exploring the area. The rooms are very thoughtfully designed to give them Arabic heritage look. The staff was very polite and check in and check out process was super-smooth. Would love to stay here again!

The place is magnificent and the service was excellent for the first night ! But after that I don’t know what happened but the room cleaning requests where not carried out and the it was only cleaned next on our last day of stay ! Other than that everything was great !

The most authentic experience and with such a rustic aladdin beautiful vibe.. Both Sarah and Arjun from the staff were very accommodating. Thank you. Will come again for sure.

the stay is actually nice, the only issue was I booked a queen size bed but got a twin room. kindly look into that and the check in was a bit delayed. they gave me late check out option also.

Amazing stay . When I'm in Dubai I always chose this place - it gives an authentic and antique experience and it takes us through the rich old culture and heritage of Dubai .

Stay was good, good property. Experiential place for person coming to dubai. I felt just that shops are down stairs so there is morning sound coming up to rooms

Nice gotel ‘ nice location’ every thing good coffee and shop is there ‘ sure i will be coming again.

There are many geniune things which we would like to point; 1) Hotel gives you a heritage feel but when it comes to service it’s not upto the mark. Rooms are far away from Reception and you have to call for the room service many times to get your things done. 2) when you book the rooms kindly check the category. We got the room with cemetery view. While booking it’s no where mention it’s a cemetery view room, who wants to stay with the dead bodies facing to there room? When we complain they said it’s a garden but when I talk to manager he changed our room. 3) we check in at 2.30 pm at reception but we got the room at 8pm. I never seen the hotel who wait the client for 6 hours. Horrible experience by the front office. 4) They have buggy services but driver refuse you to take you from one place to another. It’s a huge property and when you have a kids or senior citizen you can’t expect them to walk. They say Buggy is just for check in and take you to other property. Very rude behaviour of driver. 5) lastly when it comes to Hilton, we expect the service. Hospitality is zero, if you just want to experience the ambience you can book but kindly take the above points before you book it. I given two star for just the heritage feel.

I'm having a wonderful time at a heritage site! The room is spacious and I'm really happy with the amenities provided. Everything has been so nice so far. The location is amazing too, I can't wait to explore more of the area.

Amazing ambiance out here, everything was perfect, the service was great as well. Even markets are here.

A very cute and different experience with a modern hotel set up like ancient times. The rooms are spacious and a buggy is available for pickup and drop. The breakfast spread was pretty good and will recommend for a quaint experience

It was a great experience. Stay was wonderful as usual however this time there was some issues during the stay but later it was sorted.
