West Hotel

I had the worst experience of my life at this hotel. They were rude. There was countless cockroaches and a large infestation. I complained and was moved to another hotel room. However the new hotel is also infested. I complained to make my trip and have no response no compensation no refund no regards for my cleanliness as a guest as a paying customer. Done

I stayed at west hotel for a business trip, and it was an average experience. The location is convenient for accessing local offices and meeting venues. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was friendly. The room was decent but could use some updates. It had basic amenities, and the wi-fi worked well, which was essential for my work. Overall, while it met my basic needs, i would consider exploring other options for my next business trip. It's functional, but not exceptional.

Location is good but management is poor! i had no towel in my room, requested for couple bed but was being given twin bed, tv and fridge not working

It was horrible to stay there. Bad smell is in lobby and in room. Very tiny bathroom. Room size is so small. Only 1 charging point in whole room. Not worth to stay. We booked for 2 nights but checked out 1 day before

Not well equipped washroom. Staff were not friendly or cooperative. Waste of money not worth of the rates

Has v reach reception they confirm our booking from make my trip and passport verification proof den they provide us free wifi and they gave room which is soo comfortable and staff was very eco friendly as well they co operate good till our stay thanks

Hotel location is great it's near matro station

First of all, i had book a room for single person, not a single room. When i checked in the hotel, they gave me a room which was so small that it had only one single bed, & a bathroom. And literally no space to move, just like a prison. Then they told me, that if i want a bigger room i will have to pay extra money. Which i did, cause i cannot stay in that prison for even a second. After paying extra money, they gave me a bigger room according to them. But their rooms are very conjusted. They don't even provide electric kettle in the room. Mostly all hotels in dubai provide with water & kettle in the room.
