Poor Stay

This has to be one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. We arrived for check-in and were told the room we had specifically booked and paid for “wasn’t ready” so they casually dumped us into some inferior, completely different room without any apology or compensation. The front desk guy was shockingly rude and unprofessional zero customer service skills, spoke to us like we were bothering him, and couldn’t care less about our complaint. The room itself was filthy: • Beds were clearly not changed properly; lifted the pillows and found clumps of black dust and hair underneath. Disgusting. • Bathroom was untidy, looked like it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned in days. • They advertised central AC, but the room only had a cheap, noisy split AC that barely worked. • Overall cleanliness was appalling — felt like walking into someone else’s used room. This place is falsely advertised, poorly managed, and outright dirty. Save your money and sanity — stay far away. One star is being generous. Never again!
