MOUNT SINA HOTEL BY AURA

I had booked a room for one day Can I ask you something? Is that a hotel? I have fully paid online, so why did I need to pay an extra 150? It was the worst experience

It's the worst hotel I've ever set my foot on. Everything from A-Z were terrible. I checked in to the room and it was hotter than the outside, after entering the room I tried to lock the room but it was too tight and I had to leave the door just like that. Then I turned on the A/C but it wasn't cooling even after an hour. The tv was broken, landline ain't working either. So I had to call the reception from my own phone by searching the hotel name on google. After a few hours I had to go outside but ccouldn't lock the room because the door wouldn't just it's too tight

it was very good stays , affordable, good service. first we thoght it was terrible idea to stay in this hotel by reading review but there was nothing like that.

Its a good experience in this hotel and i like the price for one night say and the food was too good

I booked budget double room but they didn't give me the room according to my booking apart from that other things was also very bad.

Amenities are extremely unsatisfied, no basic things and washroom was very unpleasant odour. Will never stay again. Receptionist was very rude and extra payment was also done. No parking facilities

Really bad experience here first of all the room was not so clean, room services it's so poor you have to call again and again for your order and the last thing bed bugs didn't let me sleep all night so very bad experience not coming here again...

Its not like hotel this is a room from a apartment and he can call this is room. If you enter in room room is end and washroom are to much shorter than your expectations

This was one of the worst hotels i’ve ever stayed in. The service was poor, and cleanliness was seriously lacking. The receptionist, was rude and didn’t even know how to speak politely to guests. When i asked to borrow a charger for just 5 minutes, he bluntly told me to bring my own. The hotel’s lack of cleanliness, combined with unfriendly service, makes it a place i would not recommend to anyone.

Maria, when we reach no ac and the washroom is too small. The room is too small. Overall we ask for water they bring after one hour is terrible experience

When i reached to the hotel the reception boy using abusing language that you don’t bring any female with you and how you spend your night alone without female and second when i went in the room ac is not working and when i call to reception for ac than he told me that ac breaker has been break and that why ac is not working also there is no any fan i don’t sleep full i was just sit on chair whole night i was really bad experience i am totally disappointed please refund my amount.

I found the nice hotel from makemytrip and it was an amazing hotel room and excellent service and the staff were very nice and friendly i differently recommend

Terrible experience, noisy environment at midnight, very poor customer service, they don’t know how to talk & deal with customers, dirty toilet and flush not working.
