The property was good and in the middle of deira the food and the staff was also excellent wonderfull expirence

In one word big no to this hotel,

Food - breakfast was simple and healthy location : the location only that i felt some difficulties to reach out to the hotel. Taxi drivers has been confused about the route. About the facilities are also good. Overall it was good experience

In my stay included the breakfast but they didn’t ask for food and for hotel conditions is nor much ok bed is to noise. Thank you

The stay at maaeen hotel was pleasant. All the staffs were helpful during the stay. Nearest metro is 10 minutes away.

No complimentary water, limited or you can say no options for breakfast. One person can only eat one sandwich. When we asked for an extra sandwich they refused. We stayed for 5 nights and we used to not get our room cleaned. One day we got the room the dustbin cleared in our presence and every day we used to specifically tell them not to clean the rooms. However same day when we went out and returned in the evening we saw that a card was inserted and somebody forgot to take the card back: when we asked at the reception they said housekeeping must have gone to clean the room. We told them that the room was cleared in front of us and specifically we informed that further cleaning is not required then why somebody metered the room. The receptionist replied that he will check cctv footage and get back. The next day the receptionist was not there and we asked the one who was present. He said that they checked the footage and somebody went to check the ac as it was not working. We said that there was no problem with the ac and asked to see the footage. Then he said we have to file an fir and only when the cops ask them to show the footage they will comply: we had to leave the same day so we didn’t have the time to go to the cops. Anyway entire experience was terrible.

Excellent service by the hotel staff. Good food & very clean rooms. I wish in next trip i will visit this same hotel to stay. But complementary breakfast not given or informed about breakfast timings.

Poor service staffs are very rude rooms are compact - dirty no iron no charger food quality is almost zero bathroom smells very bad the furniture is horrible to be honest, this is the worst hotel i have ever lived. I understand people booked it by looking it cheap but i recommend to go for other hotel.

I had fully paid booking and due to i missed my flight couldn’t checked in on 17oct i did inform to mm t that i will be check in in on 18th, after reaching to hotel om g the staff was so rude with my wife and denied for checking in. They didn’t even think having 10 month old baby how we have reached there but the staff we can’t forget never ever should stay here.

Comfortable and clean room staff is also very helpful very nice hotel and room is spacious my checkin time was 1 pm the let me in early
