this hotel no respect recaption give me good room and queen bed but recaption give 2bed small room no service tea coffe chargeble

I didn’t eat in hotel but amenities &services was good . Hotel staff also good. By the way overall it was good

Stay was good. But we din get room cleaned when we arrived. They started cleaning after we reached. Which is not acceptable

The hotel rooms are good services good as well the bellman was so welcoming, just that we arrived very tired and never even had a small bottle of complimentary water. Nevertheless is clean and recommendable

For stay one time when you check in yoy get washroom soap, shampoo and towel after no body care you, if you asked anything you need he will provide you after 2 hour, and don't order food there beasuse hotel staff se very baaaaddd atitude

The hotel is good, but there is no swimming pool, and secondly, there is no minibar inside the rooms, tea, sugar, water. All of this is not available. These things are purchased inside the hotel.

They haven't proper services for room cleaning. This property didn't have any pool.. Their door locking system of the room is very bad.. Every time you lock the door, you have to activate the card key from the reception and many times the card keys didn't work even you activated, and you have to go down 2-3 times to activate the card

Good location, nice accommodation, and near to all major attractions of dubai, easy accessibility from airport visa metro.

No complimentary water bottle. Room was also not that much good. Tv remote was not working. Overall my personal experience with zain hotel was not good.
