Holiday Inn Express Dubai, Jumeirah

The room was clean and the stay was good. Staff at reception and breakfast was below average hence -1 for the same.

Holiday inn Express Jumairah, Dubai was absolutely amazing. Rooms are nice, location of the hotel is like in the heart of the city. 15-17 mins away from Burj Khalifa. It’s on main highway only. Food was good but the not best. Amazon ties were also good. Services was good too. Their staff is so welcoming. Angelica from front desk was super kind n helped me with everything. Got late check out at 4 PM that too free. Thank you so very much. Really appreciate it

Location is very near to all other major places in Dubai food we didn’t try we tried we had break fast it was great

it's location is superb as it's within 2 km rainge from all the both amusement parks ,sea world and water park in spite they provides shuttle service. Food is too good as it's international cuisine with a vast variety of Asian food approx all amenities are provided as this is a 5 star with cheerful staff

property is well located in front of ethihad museum on Jumeirah road n very near to Jumeirah mosque.It is just adjacent to few popular restaurants like tunday kababi n barbeque tonight.Breakfast was good n delicious.bathrooms were bit small.I will love to stay again along with my family

The hotel provides free shuttle service to certain prominent locations, which makes it very smooth. The food was excellent. Not a lot of varieties in the breakfast buffet, but just about right, and very delicious. Neat and clean. The housekeeping also provided lots of free water bottles which was very helpful. The only problem was they don't provide a hand towel, but they immediately provide one if we ask them to. All in all, a really good stay and a very good experience. Very good hotel. Location was okayish, li’l secluded but close to JBR. Breakfast buffet was very limited and same options daily. There are no amenities as such. Service is really disappointing, rude and non-hospitable staff. Staffs mainly reception-operators doesn’t know how to handle or even talk to guests without being sounding or visibly irritated. No coordination between teams such as operator-house keeping, operator-room service. This property is a blot to the “holiday inn” name. Hostels are better than this. Staff at the property are quite entitled and they dont know how to handle a guest. Small requests like bringing water took about 45 mins. We asked for the bottle opener which after many follow ups and 2hours later we were told cant be provided. Breakfast options were repetitive. Rooms were too small.

We visited Dubai in February and stayed at Holiday Inn Express, Jumeirah, where we had a comfortable and cozy stay. The hotel's prime location made it an excellent choice—just a 20-30 minute drive from the airport, offering easy access to the city's attractions. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm and courteous, always greeting us with a smile. Ms. Lovely from the Front Desk was extremely helpful in arranging an early check-in at 12 noon at no extra cost. She also guided us in selecting rooms with a great view, adding to our pleasant experience. We ensured our check-out time was also at 12 noon on the day of departure. A special mention to Ms. Ajara from the Housekeeping Department, who went out of her way to provide a bucket and mug for my elderly mother, understanding the preferences of many Indian guests. The housekeeping team ensured that our rooms were always clean and well-maintained. The complimentary buffet breakfast was fantastic, catering to different tastes and preferences. The hotel had guests from all around the world, creating a vibrant and diverse atmosphere. It was a wonderful experience interacting with people from different cultures. Overall, our stay was peaceful and enjoyable, and we truly appreciated the hospitality and comfort provided by the hotel. We would highly recommend Holiday Inn Express, Jumeirah to anyone visiting Dubai!

excellent stay at holiday inn express dubai jumeirah! i had a fantastic stay at holiday inn express dubai jumeirah! the hotel is ideally located near the beach and popular attractions, making it a convenient choice for both business and leisure travelers. the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any requests. the breakfast buffet was a highlight – fresh, delicious, and with a variety of options to suit different tastes. the free shuttle service to nearby locations was a nice bonus, making it easy to explore the city without hassle. overall, i highly recommend this hotel for its value, comfort, and excellent service!

Room cleanliness was not as expected. Food varieties also not too many. Washroom was not good. Toiletries provided was same from hand wash and body wash.

Good room service, advise to add indian breakfast items such as dosa, uttappa, poha, puri. Other than this room space is good.

I ve booked the room for single bed, they forced me to take two single bed. when I said I've booked for single bed only, they told me please read term and condition if single bed are not available we can give you anything that is available. I was helpless at 1am in the night. I somehow managed then booked after hotel arround 3 and left that hotel at 3am. very bad experience you don't become another Oyo.

There was cockroachs in the bathroom and room.

Pathetic hotel to stay. Hotel was smelling like we are staying in smoking zone. Right from entrance to dining area, everywhere. No swimming pool. Arrogant staff. The bar tender, i asked if we can increase the volume of songs. He said all depends on money. How much you spend in bar. If you spend more than 2000aed then surely we can do whatever you ask for and started teaching me everything happens by paying money. Not recommended at all
