Intercity Hotel Dubai Jaddaf Waterfront

We didn’t expect this much good experience with this staycation. Everything was top class from food to room service. They provided choice of ours food which was exceptionally good. Thanks will visit again. (India)

I liked the stay i total. The room was clean and comfy, the breakfast food taste average, and for the swimming pool, it was perfect.

I booked on sun-day a room in intercity hotel and i’m already paid, yesterday when i arrived the hotel they told me it’s full and it’s your application (makemytrip )fault and they send me to another hotel and it’s different, different service, different room, the breakfast in another hotel also, when we enter the room there was maintenance staff fixing something in the room, the ac sound is very high, i asked for slippers they don’t have also

Everything was good except the breakfast, it was repetition of every alternative days. They should consider long stay people should not get bored of having same dishes.

Bad in honestly with the customers with checkout timing because of a bad communication with night shift and morning shift

The pool is closed for use at 7 or 8 am in the morning our family would like to go swimming at earlier time

Food is excellent, location is really nice peaceful facilities are ok as well staff are really helpful.

It was good stay. Nice property with a good hospitality. Small size room but neat and clean. Beds was very uncomfortable. Breakfast is ok.

offered guaranteed early checkin and late check out 2 hours but the hotel they are not providing this options they said need to pay

Hi. Overall, the staying experience was good. in fact, we booked two twin rooms for two adults and two kids. When we went for the check-in process, they told us that the twin rooms would be two separate rooms, and there won't be any interconnection between those two rooms. We believe it is common sense that when we book the twin rooms with kids, there must be an interconnecting door between the rooms, and at last, we paid an extra AED 30 per night for getting interconnecting rooms. Other commitments: About breakfast: superb. swimming pool: very good (keep in mind - cotton fittings NOT permitted. Rooms and View: rooms are not spacious as we felt in the photos.otherwise neat and tidy.Canal view : good.Car parking: Basement 1,2, and 3 available.all other amenities good.thank you. Rating out of 5, we give 3.5.

We experienced very bad from front staff outside is hot i asked for 1 bottle of water and she said that no water available here if u want water u buy and the time of checkout i asked help to take my bags. From reception i got reply that no room service to take bags from room was very bad experience

The view for the hotel it’s nice and have free parking and it’s In meddle of Dubai you can reach any place easy ..

Everything was perfect but it would be nicer if they could extend the working hours of the swimming pool in summer till 10:00 pm instead of 8:00 pm

Clean, nice surroundings people are friendly everything was good. I just wanted a room in a higher floor but it wasn't available, hopefully next time i will get it if i talk early to the hotel administrators

Stay was ok nothing special. Dining area space was very less and breakfast food choice was limited. Swimming pool was ok.

The hotel room was more lovely as expected, the breakfast the pool everything was up to mark, will definitely visit again for sure

It’s a good location but cannot contact to housekeeping or front desk by calling is a little bit annoying

Stay was pleasant. Hotel is well located though there aren’t any eateries or shops in the immediate vicinity but it’s near to the metro and major attractions by cab. Staff are helpful and friendly though the rooms and bathrooms need some maintenance and upgrading
