starting with hygiene, the room was not recently cleaned, TV console had glasses stains, and no soap no tissues, no slippers and when i asked them they don't serve slippers anymore, also no kits at all no toothbrush, so you need to come prepared also they didn't inform me in the hotel nor sport club reception that i need hair cab for the jacuzzi so you can get it for 20 dhr from there i ended up going back home at night to sleep cz i was annoyed

I stayed at Sunrise Grand Hotel for two nights and had a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, well-furnished, and offered a nice view of the city. The staff was courteous and quick to respond to requests. Breakfast had a decent variety, though the taste was average. The pool area was relaxing, but the gym equipment seemed outdated. Location is excellent—close to shopping and restaurants. However, soundproofing could be better as noise from the hallway was noticeable. Overall, it’s a good option for short stays with basic comforts.
