Crowne Plaza Festival City

Beautiful backdrop of the creek and amidst city, hotel is situated at a very strategic location. Amazing place, great location very close to Dubai festival city Mall. The service was great. Food was amazing. I loved this place.

From the moment I arrived, everything felt like a gentle invitation to relax—from the serene location to the attentive, genuine service. The food was flavorful and thoughtfully presented, each dish telling a story of care and quality. Amenities were spotless and well-maintained, and even small touches—like warm greetings and subtle decor—enhanced the charm of the stay. It was more than comfort; it felt like being truly welcomed. I’d gladly return and recommend it to anyone seeking peaceful rejuvenation.

excellent hotel ...connected to dubai festival city mall...you get food ,great view morning breakfast if you want more indian options please request the chef and he arranged for you. Even restaurant staff be it arun(reception manager), yashpal, Jitendra and mohsin made it feels it home and I would not say these comments for the sake of saying it ...kudos !!! keep up the good work :)

Everything was perfect friendly staff specially abenoub at the reception who helped us a lot great breakfast pool and jacuzzi were relaxing

Value for money, location, property and hospitality were exellent, but only one negative point is wifi. It was very slow.

Hotel did not provide the twin beds we requested for but gave only a king bed. Must improve on same.

Below the average, ac is not cleaned but the service from housekeeping is very good and lacking from amenities

I loved my stay in crown plaza dubai festival city. I felt very welcomed from day 1 until last minute. Very nice and kind staff. Caring too much.

Excellent water front view, well maintained, customer friendly. Some gliches in reservation on mm t side, hotel booking reference must be provided on the receipt. Less food availability for vegetarian like us during ramadaan. Free airport pickup was expected

Very bad experience, no warmth shown here by any of the staff members, food for indian veg very very bad, water bottles not good, we were asked to pay advance amount for mini bar, inspire of making full payment including all taxes in advance, i said mini bar if we use will pay, immediately when we checked inn, a guy came to empty the mini bar, which was so insulting for us. No amenities nothing, poor experience, will. Not recommend anyone

Hotel doesn't have king size bed, All bed are of queen size but definitely not standard 72inch king size. View was great but the hotel gave better view rooms to more preferred customers

Stay was excellent! i reached the hotel early and was quite tired. I understand the checkin timings are post 3 pm so i was ready to wait. To my surprise cm was very kind enough to give me an early check-in at absolutely no extra cost which was really sweet and kind of her. I am very thrilled with the options at breakfast buffet. They had huge variety and even vegetarians had a lot of options. Loved their hospitality! looking forward to staying with them whenever i visit dubai
