Spacious, clean room. Very very good service. Very friendly staff! Location is perfect, so everything is nearby and convenient.

I had to attend a conference at Dubai trade Center hence this hotel was super convenient as it was walking distance from the DWTC and opposite the metro. There were several shops around as well as restaurants. The rooms are spacious and clean. The concierge was helpful. Only issue is that the rooms are a bit old school.

Whenever I visit Dubai I always make sure that I book my stay here . This place is really amazing . Commuting anywhere from this place is very easy ,parking is not a hassle.The rooms are spacious ,if renovated can be better but no complaints with anything so far . The best part about this property is that the staffs are very nice and cordial . Mr Ali (receptionist ) has always been very kind and helpful to me .He'd always greet me with a big smile,always take care of all my requests and tries to deliver things at my doorstep,address any of my issues as soon as possible . Ms Thanuja( receptionist) is the sweetest lady you'll see here . Her smile is enough to make your day :) overall all the staffs here are great ,the service is quick so I really love staying in this property. Thanks every one.. I couldn't mention all of you as I don't know most of your names but y'all are doing a great job here . 👏

The location was only the show stopper, other amenities and services are not worth staying in, very many shady rooms, breakfast has the same menu card, food tastes are also not up to the mark.

Room was clean and comfortable. Overall enjoyable stay. Would definitely visit again. Highly recommendable

It was a memorable stay together with my daughter that was having a summer spent with me. The pool view was an amazing and excellent.

The apartment was good but i wanted to check in early so they offered me to upgrade from deluxe bed room to executive bed room i didn’t find any difference between that and bed was 2 single beds joint not comfortable

Rooms are ok but its like regular apartments, intercom was not working, tried asking them to fix but no luck. Rooms were cleaned, only thing i didn't like was the ambience.
