Ayla Grand Hotel

it was very nice stay with u ayla Grand, I feel very comfortable to talk with the reception and they are very polite for talk,

Its located in right area with all amenities nearby. Breakfast is excellent with Indian and international cuisines. Room and bed sizes are right fit. Could improve with child friendliness inside room as there are sharp glass edges loosely secured on table tops. Pool cleanliness was good and we enjoyed our stay.Thanks😀

We stayed for an overnight with my husband. Room is spacious and clean. We were having many appointments so we were not able to explore the whole hotel and its amenities. But our room wise is already comfortable. Thanks to mahmoud and nasr who assisted us.

There is so much of wait time for elevator. Rest is fine. Staff is good and cooperative. Food was good

I have booked three rooms for three families, confirmed with reception about the booking in advance as well. However when we reached the hotel on time for stay, they didn’t give the rooms on time. Also bed given was not sufficient to accommodate kids thought it was clearly mentioned in the booking. When asked reception staff about the same, the staff has informed us that this is all they can provide and complain anywhere, they don’t care.

I was too tired and only stayed in my room. The entire feeling inside the room is relaxing. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom is clean and towels are in good quality.

Facilities are not good. The bed is very small and cushion of the bed is not soft

Everything was excellent and value for money.

What need to be improved are the following: There's no Laundry plastics, ironing board not good, bathtub is clean but, they have to check the shower holder because it is loose.. The ambiance is refreshing and the staff are friendly and their services is good🤩

No need to write as everyone is perfectly professional. While checking i forgot my headphones and shoes and they called me right after they checkout the room that added good customer care as well.

This hotel is awesome. My first time to book in here. The room is wonderful, clean, quiet, looks like its soundproof, huge too considering i booked a classic king room. I think its an interconnecting room. Its located in the first floor. Bed is big and so is the nice bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet bowl area. If they could add some english movie tv channel like mbc, fox-movies cos there is few selection and mostly in arabic language. Hotel has sauna, steam, jacuzzi, pool and some restaurants. Its walking distance to al ain mall too. Staffs are smiling and welcoming, though i think the receptionist further should have given a briefing on the necessary things like time of breakfast, where will it be, opening and closing of pool and spa area, wifi password, what phone number to dial if you need something(its not written on the phone in the room) coz what i remember he repeatedly offered me is their spa discount coupon and said that i can’t have the food discount coupon coz i booked so me being quite annoyed i just went to the mall and ate there. Furthermore, i have to find my way to the elevator, i am not working in there, its my first time in that building so maybe they could show where is it right? like i have to go back in the reception to asks where is where and what is what. But with regards with the amenities, room, spa, sauna, steam, pool, gym area, it is very good.
