**Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2/5)** I recently stayed at this so-called 4-star hotel, but the experience was far from what you'd expect at that level. In reality, it felt more like a 2-star stay at best. The overall service was extremely disappointing, and the standards did not match the rating the hotel claims. What stood out the most—in a negative way—was the night receptionist, a Malayali gentleman, who was shockingly rude and completely lacking in basic etiquette when speaking to guests. Hospitality seemed to be the last thing on his mind. It's unfortunate when the front desk, which is supposed to be the face of the hotel, behaves in such an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. The rooms and amenities were also subpar for a 4-star property. Poor maintenance, lack of attention to detail, and indifferent service left a lot to be desired. I would not recommend this hotel if you're expecting quality service or even basic courtesy from the staff. Definitely not worth the price or the star rating it claims.
