Good but no parkings.

Really old style smelly place. Lot of smoke smell all around. Room ac controller doesn't work but just keep cooling. How can you have paid parking in UAE? Bars and other non sense on initial floors. Really not for familes

They charged for baby food and i asked half quantity as it gets wasted but they dint inform me that it will be charged full. And charged me 30 dhs for half portion of khichdi

The rooms are very small (not at all 560sqft. The photos show bathtub but the bathroom had no bathtub. the whole flooring was sticky and there was leakage in bathroom as well. The worst part is they have a night club in the hotel premises that runs late till 3-4 am with loud music that can be heard in the room. Inspite of repeated complaints, nothing changed. The staff is very courteous and tried their best but the my experience was spoiled with the above mentioned shortcomings. If i am paying more than 7-8k per room per night, i think I am entitled to a good night sleep. My parents are senior citizens and the loud noise all night is not the experience I am looking for them.

Hotel suite was very good.. reception staff ladies were some annoying laughing without any reason room service was excellent

Was great value for the money, and the room was very nice. Very comfortable bed. Perfect location to stay over night for a concert trip! thanks to ranshini and all the staff for making our stay.

No extra bed was provided on request. One first day they said they are fully booked, on second day they said, your room size is small to accommodate extra bed. Despite of my confirmed booking which mentioned breakfast included, reception lady said breakfast not included. I requested them to check again, next day during the breakfast, again they point out that breakfast is not included and finally they allowed when i showed them my booking copy which clearly mentioned breakfast. Overall lot of communication gap,

I had a stay earlier in the same hotel on 9th floor which was a standard room. I had a wonderful experience. I loved the room so i decided to come back again. But this time i got a room on 4th floor 409. This was a terrible experience. The bathroom was stinky. I saw baby cockroach in the room. The cleanliness wasn't the same that i experienced on 9 th floor of the same hotel.

Friendly staff, but very old property. They need to look at changing floor carpet and be clear on the extra parking charges

The room was very spacious and clean, there was helpful staff across all levels and an awesome breakfast.

Great property at excellent location. We booked the suite room which was very spacious. The cleanliess & amenities were superb. The staff is also very helpful.

The hotel is close to corniche street if someone wants to take walk and enjoy the evening. Breakfast is also good with balance for veg and non-veg options. Rooms are also good but bed size is so so for parents going with 2+1 option.

Makemytrip support is worst, even having a black member & loyal customer seems it's not a big deal for them. The staff gives max 48 hours to resolve issues but even after 48 hours + after so many follow ups they don't reply. Once they reply after taking more than the promised time, it's kind of too late. Definitely time to explore other options.

Overall experience was good. But they let us to wait 30 minutes to arrange the room. And there was no swimming pool but in description they write about it.

Great hotel but swimming pool not there

I will definitely recommend staying in this hotel as it is in the prime location and everything is nearby. The room is very clean however they could've provided slippers. And the sunset view is amazing. Overall it was a good stay.

Everything was Good except for the Food esp for a Vegetarian. No One would like to have Sambhar and Veg Pulao in Breakfast. Chicken Curry in Room Service was disgustingly awful.
