Villaggio Hotel

The property was strategically located for people moving out of Abu Dhabi. It was easy for me to access the bus station, only a 10-minute walk. The receptionist was very hospitable and welcoming, and the room service was excellent.

Have stayed here plenty of time but this visit was very poor, I'm not sure if it's under new management but they have started charging for water, 6 dhs per small bottle no hotel does that only 2 bottles were provided to us as complimentary to be used by two people! More over the mattress was just terrible it was completely in from one side. If such things continue I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone!

It’s a bad experience for us. We had to walk far in the heat of the sun just to find the resto for breakfast with few varieties. Coffee in the coffee maker only no other options. Though the resto is big with huge TV. No elevators since it’s a villa. The room is big but the bathroom is old fashion. The worst of all, when we returned to our room after breakfast, we realized the room is hot, the ac was off. We called the reception, they sent a technician quickly but he did nothing. We had to suffer the heat until we checked out. Maybe that’s their way of ditching the guests to check out early. It was better when it was One To One. Now all is upside down. We’ll never come back.

It was excellent. Room was clean, also the wnvironment was good !! Also the staff was polite and helpfull !!!

Not within the city. outside of the city, no restaurant near this hotel. Rooms were very small. Also on the 3rd floor. No lift. I asked for a twin bed. without even checking they refused since your booking was not allowed for the twin bed. Booked for 2 persons. Tooth brush only one.

Excellent hotel with resort like ambience. Receptionist Vishnu was so friendly. We booked 4 rooms with one suite room. We were given upgrades to all other 3 rooms also. It's a resort atmosphere.

best hotel I have visited. excellent facilities. good food, clean room, kind staff, calm location. good for business and inviting friends.

The staffs are all accommodating location was good and quite. Just maybe the can spray more room freshener
