The swimming pool very very small. There’s no beach in don’t know why it’s called a resorts.

The property is located centrally with excellent connectivity to all major attractions. Room service could be better.

Very good hotel. Its own small prov-ate beach. The swimming pool is excellent and kids are friendly with slide and spring. In between city. No issue to get cab. Staff is very supportive. Good bathrooms and room facilities. If you are pure vegetarian then you have good options near by restaurants like maharani dawat etc.

It was a 4 star experience in this 5 star property. It’s a huge beautiful property but rooms can be improved with better amenities

The property has superb amenities. The most beautiful part is the proximity to the corniche. Great breakfast spread! the location is convenient.

This hotel offers great location and stay near Corniche. Rooms are good but not yet at SPG level. Club and lounge outside are fairly poor.

I along with my wife and 2 kids went for a weekend stay in Feb 2017. All in all nice experience. Property is clean, value for money. We were in Executive suite, which was quite spacious. Service was very nice. For Vegetarians, there aren't much options in restaurants. They have squash courts also other than swimming pool and beach side. Check-in was delayed but they compensated by offering us late check out, which was not a bad gesture. All in all recommendable property.

While the hotel stood up to the Sheraton brand, the health club esp. The gym was a big let down. 1. First day the headphones weren't working, not one but 2 of them. The next day they did not do honest as I was informed that they were not functional. Also, they do not have changeable covers for the headphones. Only wiped with a towel and reused... Shocking!! 2. Drinking Water in the gym was not regularly filled and the attendants too have a casual approach for it. They kept chatting when I informed them rather than taking prompt action of calling the concerned. 3. The cardio equipment is not properly calibrated. Every machine has different information on calories consumed etc. 4. Apples placed in the gym were overripe with dark patches. 5. Towels were also quite old. The hotel is a bit old with excellent maintenance which doesn't make you realise that it's old. Overall, well located and staff was very courteous, guest services for in room small requirements were promptly delivered. Would definitely stay here and hope the gym facilities are upgraded.
