Sofitel Abu Dhabi Corniche

It didn’t feel like a 5 star , there was no one to help us with our luggage or guide us to the reception once we enter. The room in the pictures while booking shows the sea view room and all but it has a small window for the sea view and rest completely was wall. Staff are not friendly. Will never stay again with sofitel

The rooms were extremely suffocating , poor room service. We had to wait 20 mins for even dental kits.

Very slow service and poor in room amenities, would not recommend for vacation or family travellers.

Very professional, efficient and effective staff. Always a service with a smile. The team at the buffet breakfast was amazing. Very courteous and helpful.

We recently checked out and wanted to express our sincere appreciation for the exceptional experience we had at Sofitel. The ambiance was truly inviting, complemented by the serene pool area and breathtaking views. We were particularly impressed by the housekeeping, Front Desk team Mr. Ryan he helped us to check in without any complications the dedication and attention to detail, which made our stay even more memorable. Pool Area, Views, peace at floor amazingly brilliantly #bombastic If we will visit abu dhabi again for sure we will slbe staying here only. Highly recommended

Property is located in good place where we can see the view of corniche and see .. it was amazing experience

The food offered in buffet breakfast is just okay and not great. The staff is courteous, polite and cooperative contrary to the other reviews saying they are arrogant. The rooms are also good. The food was a put off of me.

Overall experience was good as always, a very good breakfast and dinner spread. We also have bus facility to yeas island from the hotel doorstep.

Reception amazing more than amazing and one of the management who upgraded my reservation honestly she has the most professional attitude i have ever seen at any hotel. Breakfast wonderful dinner is ok but not the best housekeeping very good pool and gym also good one or two persons only have little aggressive attitude but easily i ignored that. The blanket sheets and below sheets smelling even when they changed it many times i know this is because of the cleaning mechanism needs some upgrades. But overall i liked the experience and it’s highly recommended

For food, we had breakfast buffet at the hotel. Food choices is exceptional. And the staff in that area are very hospitable. For location, it's nice that it is located at the end corner of the city. Still accessible to every thing.

It is very good location, that time was very busy i had a room with nice view and this is not my first time stay there, and always have a good services and bfast was so good too, only swimming pool area i don't like it, water is a bit dirty maybe because too many people, i am recommend to come not during peak season because pool wasn't that big. Thank you

The breakfast was a big spread and good too. Lots of options to choose from. The view from room was amazing, overlooking the island. Also the staff was very helpful.

Enjoyed the stay, everything is nice. Parking to be allowed underground. Cooperative staff. Wanted to stay
