Millennium Al Rawdah Hotel Abu Dhabi

Dear Management, I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment regarding my recent stay at your property, which unfortunately fell far below the standards expected of a 5-star hotel. From the start, my experience was negatively impacted by several issues. The air conditioning in my room was not functioning properly — it produced loud, disturbing noises and failed to cool the room effectively. This made it extremely difficult to rest and ultimately forced me to cut my stay short. The cleanliness of the room was also unacceptable. It was clear that the space had not been properly cleaned or maintained to the level expected from a luxury property, which made my stay uncomfortable. Equally concerning was the quality of service. As a 5-star establishment, I expected professional, courteous, and attentive staff. Instead, I experienced the opposite. When I reached out for assistance, my calls were not handled with proper etiquette. Staff members did not listen carefully to my concerns, nor did they respond in the polite and professional manner expected in a hotel of this caliber. Such unprofessional behavior only added to my frustration and disappointment. In summary, the combination of poor service, lack of cleanliness, unresolved maintenance issues, and unprofessional handling of guest concerns made my stay highly unpleasant and stressful. What should have been a relaxing and enjoyable experience instead turned into one that I cannot recommend to others. I sincerely hope that management takes these concerns seriously and implements the necessary improvements in both staff training and property maintenance to ensure that future guests do not face the same issues. Amenities was not up to 5 star hotel standard also i didn’t got any amenities in the room good thing is the room was really clean good view staff was very helpful more over i enjoy my stay

The location is super and stay so good people and service is the best i stay there every weekend

We stayed in this hotel for our cold-play concert for just 1 night since it was just 5 mins walk from the stadium, however i must say hotel is very nice, room service is quick and location is good. You’ll easily get a taxi outside the hotel. Overall i had a pleasant stay.

The hotel was quite comfortable and the bonus was that it was walkable to the zayed sports stadium

The room they initially check my guests in is a lesser room type we paid for. And the receptionist just told them they will check in what is only available without. If they had not insisted to give the exact room type we paid, the receptionist would have not do anything instead. Very unprofessional and unacceptable.

The service was more than bad. Ac was not work and house keeping didnt answer the request 4 time and calling 3 time asking for some one to take the bag

Terrible experience! we couldn’t sleep at all due to the loud music coming from the bar. There is no respect for guests and absolutely no soundproofing. We came to abu dhabi to complete some work and chose to stay here, but it turned out to be a very poor decision. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.

Out dated hotel nothing like 5 star.

Room was smelling, there was iron table without the iron itself. The noise from the night club was loud. The water was cold to shower.

The outdoor pool water is very cold because the heater is broken The outdoor seating next to the pool needs attention The indoor pool Jacuzzi water is cold The pool chairs are worn out and old The pool towels are old The lighting in the indoor pool needs attention The reception staff are uncooperative and refused to let me into the room quickly The WC chair needs maintenance
