the hotel claimed to be 4 star online but the entire experience felt like a 3 star hotel. The buffet was average, the room didnt provide slippers, dental kits, had to call and ask for them. The room was booked as a king bed and when we reached, we saw two single beds joined together. The single bed with separate duvets were just joined together.

familyWe booked for 1 night and we were given spacious room with small kitchen. Thanks for that. But we had issues with car parking (very little space to stop car, sometimes you have to wait for 15 mins to reach near entrance as the cars ahead doesn't move) for luggage assistance - staff was limited. Took 30 mins for luggage to reach room. After frequent calls to reception which they didn't pick up. Veg breakfast options were limited and whatever they provided was not palatable so full marks to location and hotel amenities/room but services need to be improved

Average service despite of high tariff rate room is of always on inferior location. Bathroom had low water pressure. Locker was not working. The request of room at higher floor was also rejected. No revert on confirmation of early check in despite of email and calling over phone on landing airport at 8 am for each small thingh we have to call to reception like tower, toothpaste kit. Although the room is for booked for double but they have prepare it for single occupency. The request of room at higher floor was also rejected. It seems that such request on your app is only a deception this is my second experince with mmt it was in new york both time the room is not good.
