The hotel as a building it’s fine but unprofessional customer service very poor Maintenance overall in hotel and especially the bathroom and very poor and unprofessional in reception

One of the worst hotel to stay. No service. Only good thing is the location else everything is total waste of money. There was no wifi available during the entire stay. Had to wait 2 hrs. To check in the hotel.

Hotel is good but with no WIFI for international tourist is not expected.

Very old hotel, only one towel is given for two occupants, no wi fi.. available, breakfast is too old stored food, staff’s are lousy, check in staffs are not bothered to check in, they are busy with their own work, no good restaurants near by, better to opt other new hotels..

Worst service, room amenities not working properly, wifi off from 2 weeks which they didn't inform prior and charged full amount.

The wifi was not working and there was no help to take the luggage to the room.

Great location and the room was nice . But service was terrible. There was just one towel and no shower gel or soap provided. There was just 1 bottle of water , no iron and the hand dryer wasn't working. The washroom was not in great condition. We had requested for a wake up alarm at the reception which they forgot. Overall the service and washroom brings down the overall experience.

Wifi not working. Useless ironing board. Basic amenities like Dental Kit, Shower Cap missing. Breakfast was good. Location is good. Booked a deluxe room for the Arabian Gulf view but got a view of just buildings and not the gulf.

Location is prime, but the service of the hotel is not upto the mark. It’s suppose to be a 5 star property, but we faced a lot of issues, from wifi not working for all the 4 days of our stay, to the breakfast buffet having very limited options, the key cards getting deactivated every time we move out of the property, receptionists can communicate neither in English nor in Hindi, the polish of the furniture inside the rooms was stained our clothes the staff at the housekeeping was polite & helpful, they did their best to provide us a comfortable stay but the contact point at reception was rude, cold & so not approachable. The requests for any kind of help or service was not catered to, they would let the phone be ringing, and even if they do answer they never bothered to assure whether the request was taken care of or not. All in all it was not a pleasant experience that we were looking forward to having booked a 5 star property.

Subject: Request for Refund – No Internet During Stay at Corniche Hotel Abu Dhabi We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights at Corniche Hotel Abu Dhabi. During our entire stay (from Friday to Sunday), the internet was not working. At check-in, the hotel staff said it would be fixed by Friday night, but even by our Sunday 12 PM checkout, it wasn’t restored. Later, we learned that the internet had been down for over a week, but this was not mentioned during booking or check-in. This caused major inconvenience, as we needed internet for work, and our 3-year-old child couldn’t use the TV. When we asked for a refund or voucher at checkout, the hotel refused. Since Wi-Fi is listed as a basic facility, and it was unavailable throughout our stay, we request a refund or compensation for the inconvenience caused.

very old hotel with a distinct bad smell service is also very poor you can get much better hotels at same price in the same corniche area.. nothing good to write about this hotel.

No support from hotel. No one picks up call if we call from room. No WiFi working . None of the people respond , not even reception, not even bell boy , not even house keeping . We have to keep on going downstairs to ask for service.

I had a wonderful stay at Corniche Hotel Abu Dhabi. My room offered a stunning sea-facing view that made every morning memorable. The room itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety and was quite satisfying. The staff stood out for their friendliness and thoughtful service, always making sure everything was pleasant. Overall, a great stay that I’d happily recommend to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi.

The hotel is decent. Staffs were very kind and helpful. Although the rooms are pretty old, and need renovation. Breakfast is average if you are a vegetarian, but not bad if you can eat meat.

Our stay at Corniche Hotel Abu Dhabi was simply wonderful. The room and location were both excellent — we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a beautiful suite with a stunning sea-facing view right in front of the Corniche lake. The in-room dining experience was equally impressive. We had planned to order a chocolate cake with strawberry sauce, but since strawberry sauce wasn’t available at the time, the staff suggested a blueberry sauce instead — and it turned out to be super tasty! Overall, we had a great experience with warm hospitality, delicious food, and breathtaking views. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and scenic stay in Abu Dhabi!
