I had booked the hotel mentioning that we are 2 Adults and 1 Child 13 years, however the room provided to us has only one bed. the bathtub had a big crack on it's flooring and the shower was all leaking. No doubt the location of the hotel was on the main road and had lot of options for food and connectivity but the overall experience wasn't good.

Door lock is not working in the whole hotel from the last 3months. Everytime I have to call reception to open the room which I have booked and paid for. Please do not book this ,your life will be terrible

This place is really bad...starting from Reception Till Cafeteria...all staffs are just not approachable...worst is they doesn't give room keys so each time you have to come down take a security guard and open the door...this is first time I am seeing...breakfast options are bad when I asked for omlet staffs said no after argument he bought it but when foreigner Client asked he just bought...ac was not working Reception Lady asked me to wait in that room for almost 45 Min and not willing to change the room

The room is quite dated and the sink in the restroom leaks. The housekeeping is rude and they cut corners in cleaning the room. The bedding is outdated as well.

Location good but no car parking. Food is not satisfactory and cost high .Inside the room facilities are good and specious. House keeping is very poor. There was not even a bath towel in the bathroom. Overall couldn’t enjoy the stay.

My room was 1102 it was clean and neat, I didn’t take food from the hotel. Location was excellent , enjoyed my walk to sea side walking path in the evening. Facilities are okay for me.
