The hotel has a good location in the city center. The staff is helpful and courteous. The hotel is a bit old and they could give a bit of renovation to improve the aesthetics and experience. Did not find many amenities for stay experience.

Stay was good, very friendly staff. Only thing I could say is breakfast spread can be improved. The items were almost same every day and not much Indian food items.

The property is located in the heart of downtown, making it convenient to access all major attractions. However, the hotel itself is quite old, and at times, unpleasant odors can be detected from the bathroom. It needs serious renovations. Given the price we paid, the quality of the rooms does not seem justified.

I recently stayed at City Seasons Al Hamra in Abu Dhabi, and I must say it was an amazing experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was extremely welcoming, polite, and helpful. The check-in process was smooth and quick. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the cozy bed and the peaceful ambiance — perfect for relaxing after a long day

Our room was upgraded without any request. The rooms were big and it was clean … staffs were friendly. The room was located in the main area and things were easily accessible. Will definitely recommend ppl to stay here .. and if i visit Abu dhabi again, i will definitely stay there

Very nice hotel located right opposite to the Museum of the future and in the heart of the city on Sheikh Zayed Road. 5 mins walk from metro station and easy access to taxi. Comfortable check-in and check out experience. Buffet breakfast had a lot of variety but the taste can be improved. Definitely a recommended hotel for your next vacation in Dubai.

the room were big and was lucky to get a complimentary upgrade as well. staffs were down to earth polite especially Mr.Nurudin who helped me to shift my bags. also Mr. Arshad explained me the places to get location cusinies which worked out well for me. nutshell center of city with all connectivity for shopping and eat out. Hotel location is very good all indian restaurants Re closeby and most of them deliver for free. Rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel offers complementary pickup and drop to YAS island if we have tickets to any of the YAS island Parks. Taxi services are available right outside the hotel or we can ask the hotel travel desk to help. Overall its very good
