No pick up and Drop there from the hotel side there should be drop facilities to the airport for Tourist people

Staff are not cooperating if we book with third party websites .. worst experience. Reception not giving priority to allotting a good room as we book hotel. Too long we are seated in waiting area. There is no vegitarian breakfast option. ** kindly provide option to select bed type on the booking page itself like King Size bed, Twin Bed, etc. At the time of check-in they are not cooperating with us.

Decent resort with big rooms and hospitable staff.

The staff are lovely, they checked us in early & gave us a free breakfast since it’s my husband’s birthday. But the cleanliness of the place is terrible! By all means. It Smells & towels are old & stained. For breakfast the plates were not properly washed we asked to change them twice😅

Rooms were not properly cleaned, bed condition poor, brake fast arrangements need to improve, staff is cooperative.

Services and atmosphere also good experiences. So please keep the same

I recommend visiting the zoo for a day out, but i would not recommend staying at the hotel. It is not good at all. The staff and managers have no idea how to treat their guests. The hotel is overpriced. The room was full of insects and had a bad smell. Late at night, you could hear inappropriate noises coming from all the rooms, which is concerning, especially since the zoo is meant to be a family-friendly place for kids.

My recent stay at this hotel was unfortunately far from what I expected, especially considering the high price. The condition of the hotel simply doesn’t justify the cost. Despite paying a premium, breakfast was not included, and we were surprised to learn that we had to pay extra for it. This was quite disappointing. The hotel is located in a very isolated area, far from the city center, making it difficult to find transportation. Cab services were not readily available, and we found ourselves stranded a few times, which was quite inconvenient. The food was another letdown – the options were very limited, and the prices were unreasonably high. The room itself felt more like a 3-star accommodation at best. The bedroom was in need of maintenance, with visible wear and tear that should have been addressed. On the bright side, the staff were generally cooperative, but not very accommodating when it came to special requests or adjustments. Overall, I feel that this hotel is vastly overpriced for what it offers, and I would not recommend it unless some significant improvements are made.

The resort is very beautiful. We booked the basic room, however we got an upgrade to the room having view of giraffe arena. The room was very spacious. We got free entry to the zoo. They have many activities for kids and adults. We absolutely loved it.

It was a great experience with booking for emirates park resort abudabhi. Through make my trip. The hotel location and staff was upto mark. # great forest experience # #great landscaping #good hospitality. Happing place for kids. Recommendable all time.

Superb place. Such well maintained zoo. And the rooms were super clean. Had an amazing view of the deers just outside my room. Very helpful staff! would love to come back again.
