Good hotel, near to Abu dhabi airport. They offer bus pick up from Airport. Hotel staff is courteous and helpful. There is a nice big pool on hotel terrace. Overall hotel offers value for money.

Location is very near to airport. Best place to stay while awaiting flight for next day. Staff is corteous. Room is clean and neat. Wash rooms are very hygienic.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Housekeeping did a good job in keeping the bed and room space tidy throughout the stay. However, several aspects could be improved to provide a more guest-friendly experience. Almost every basic amenity was chargeable – for example, even a simple sanitary kit came with an additional cost. Early check-in and early check-out were also charged on a per-hour basis, which did not feel very welcoming. Food was average at best. If you’re staying for more than a couple of days, the repetitive breakfast and lunch menu quickly becomes boring, as there was very little variation in dishes during my stay. Overall, while the stay and comfort were good, the hotel comes across as highly money-minded, and the service lacks a warm or accommodating atmosphere. Suitable for short stays, but not ideal for longer visits.

Hotel was very neat and their free shuttle service was good. location is very accessible. room service was good. very customer friendly

The staff was so rude and they dis not have basic amenities. I was charged 5AED for dental kit and that to after lot of arguments. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Dusty room, not clean, no bellboy to help with luggage, very small lifts that is challenging for the luggage, no swimming pool

"Average experience at Premier Inn Abu Dhabi Airport. The receptionist, Chris, could improve on their customer service skills. Giggling with fellow team mate. One notable inconvenience was that guests were expected to carry their own luggage upstairs. Which is not the case with other Premier Inn Abu Dhabi Business bay. The food at the buffet was okay, but nothing exceptional. Overall, I'd rate my stay 2 out of 5 stars. While the hotel had its moments, there were areas that needed improvement. Perhaps with some tweaks, it could offer a more satisfying experience for future guests." Feel free to adjust if needed!

Worst experience. No AC working . Middle of no where. They told that AC is working but then they couldnt fix and later on accepted that AC is not working

Their shuttle service is good for going and coming from the airport. But the reception staff are not welcoming.

The hotel is normal, but so much of high star level, the staff don’t respond to your call some times, the location is amazing

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. I reached there and then there is no bell boy to carry your luggage, you have to take your own luggage to your room. The early check-in before 11 am is 100 Aed and between 11- to 12 is 25 aed . They give u room after 12 if it is available. This is a very secluded hotel far away from anything and is at the old airport. They say that they provide bus service but it is at very odd hours and the explanation on the app for facility is misguiding. They provide a locker facility to keep your luggage for free if chekin early and don't get a room as it is paid. They breakfast is very limited and you do not get options. Also the food is very expensive so it is better to eat outside for dinner as you won't get any option at the hotel. The best food is available at the baps mandir.

I enjoyed the ambience, I liked the staff behaviour.. room neat, clean, tidy and at amazing airport location. I travelled for work and it had everything a businessman needed

Their wasn’t any bell boy service nor any hot water coming fridge was not working nor kettle

The location is very good and near to airport. But the room price is high when breakfast is not included. The room size is little congested for couple with child.
