Waste of money. The staff is not there anytime you come and the beds are terrible. The washrooms are shit

Property does not exist at the mentioned address, I went there but there but couldn't find the address as no building number, floor number mentioned in address. I called on the given number in the mail but on one received. I asked local person but no one knows about them.

The staff is very friendly and are helping in any way possible. But the place is worn down and need a fix up all over the place. Not sure why it's possible for people to smoke in the public area, that is not possible in the UAE according to the law. The staff is cleaning nearly every day in the bathroom and public areas. Many power plugs are not working, and the washing machine is running on an extension cord. The other kitchen have Only one power for the fritz and Washing machine, This is clearly a lack of planning and would be easy to fix.

The Hostel is down by 2 months . When my friends reached the destination they came to know by the locals the hostel is closed amd constructioon work is going on !!

This is not a hotel, but rather an unlicensed apartment. Upon arrival, i didn’t feel safe, and the place did not match the listing. They also demanded additional payments beyond what was initially agreed. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a legitimate and secure stay.

Terrible place; it felt more like a labor camp than a hostel. The caretaker or anyone was unavailable for check-in. Dirty bedsheets and pillow covers. Please do yourself a favor and do not book here.

it's a dingy place, dirty lenin, pillow cover. crusty kitchen. I requested change of bed sheets and pillow cover, they ignored me. in fact the guy vanished when asked to change bed sheets and pillow cover. do not book, learnt a lesson. before booking. infact I was not able to find this place on Google maps.

Not able to find location. Not clean. Not recommend for stay. Staff not available. Useless hotel. Not lifting tha call

I couldn't find the location which was shared during booking. Call was also not attended. Not used the booking. It is waste on money. Rather than only it created lot of issue.

Location good. No sign boards. Dirty shared washroom flooded with water. Bunk beds 4 in a small room. Inflated price. When desperate to stay, you can stay here. Caretaker is sweet.

Nobody attended the telephone when i reached the destination. I waited 2 hrs at the destination for the key and service. A rough behaviour man attended the telephone. Very bad staff. Dirty room and very dirty and unhygienic toilets. Terrible stay. I do not recommend that place to anybody and that place will affect the credibility of 'makemytrip. As a gold member i am saying that a very very bad stay arranged by ' makemytrip. Thanks.

Terrible. I booked the other same it was ok. But the next day when i booked they told its the girls side you booked and yet to now didn't get my refund. Horrible experience.

Money worth the amazing experience. Great staff and location. Diffenitly coming back and seeing other places from prestige.

The experience was terrible, no one was there for check in even after repeated calls, none was answered. We had to search for a new place as the owner was least bothered about it. Even after confirmation through call no one was there. Please call me and also refund the amount which i already paid as i didn’t not stay there. I also tried calling mm t but i got no response. If you take this feedback seriously please give me a call back or write to me.

Please don't lose the reputation of make my trip by having such horrible stays listed in your platform. Leaking bathroom water on your head. Horrible coordination of the guys who manage it. I know it's not your problem, but don't list such stupid stays on your platform

5. Excellent location, excellent staff

Honestly i didn't have high hopes for the property but i was pleasantly surprised. I reached at 2am and the property manager was available on the phone to attend to any query. The room was excellent. Very neat and clean. I stayed for 2 days. Highly recommended.

Its near to golden curtains and located at 5th floor and door no. 504. However, the nodal point of contact person is not available for finding the location.

Will stay again very good and nearby restaurant to eat and walkable distance to go around and see places
