Very Disappointing Experience

I recently booked a room at this hotel, but I was very disappointed when I arrived. The room did not look like the pictures shown online. The fridge in the room was not working, which caused my food to spoil. The overall condition of the room was poor and uncomfortable. Because of this, I did not stay there and had to book another hotel at the last minute. My money was wasted and the experience was very . I expected better quality and honesty from this hotel. I would not recommend it to anyone.

i visit this hotel ( not hotel...its flat in sharing basis 1 1 room gives to customers in one flat ) and when i visit my flight is reahched abu dhabi...than flat person ask to me to give extra 70 drams for late checking fees ..which is not mention any where . have to check this what is going on
