Stayed at Premier Inn from 10th–12th Sept. Rooms were clean, WiFi and gym were good. Staff friendliness was average, food costly with limited Indian options, and check-in at 2 PM was inconvenient after an early morning flight.

This Hotel is Located on Hatta Oman Road in International City very close to Dragon Mart 1&2,it's A nice hotel but all the tourist attraction are far from it say around 20 to 2 klm approx Dubai Mall,Mall of Emirates ect. Calling for reception they respond very slow & the worst part is i was not well i requested to put the luggage in my room they refused to do so. Innumerable times i have been to dubai this is the first time where i had to take my luggage myself to the room.

Location is very good, easy access to highway send city. Food was excellent, service was outstanding

Facilities are poor there-are no proper services

The bathrooms were not properly cleaned, they did not provide basics like robes, slippers, shower caps, lotion. The towels were off white, did not look clean at all. The location was ok

I booked a family room in premier inn, international city . I was being shared pictures of bath tub in family room section when i was booking it, and its still there. When i went there at property bath tub room was not there, i called the reception too and she told me speak to your booking agent. I have stayed here before and booking was done i was given the same room that was offered on , bath tub was there in the room though my 90 % bookings are made through it was very disappointing i just went there to relax but i couldn't do much. It was very disappointing.

Hotel is good..only parking is limited need to wait to find parking

Perfect stay for a perfect family holiday. The staff were courteous. The rooms were apt and bathroom was clean. Good taxi service (pls speak with iqbal in tours services before booking taxi or attraction tickets. He has the best deal that no internet portal can offer. Yuvraj in front desk was kind and helpful. Breakfast buffet was also plentiful. We stayed for 5 nights and it was very pleasant.

Overall stay was good. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are quite spacious and clean.

As always, my stay was comfortable. This is my fourth or fifth stay here and it’s always been hassle free and comfortable.
