Very very good experience good room good customer service all good supper supper

i am the reugulary use the al hayat hotel but on thursday u give me room its very bad that room is not for coupels when i complate about room your staff said he talk with manager he said plz adjust we don’t have any room more its not good but your staff behavior is good very kind but room condition and washroom is not for couples 🙌🏼

Very good stay property, oppsite to big mall and super easy to go dubai just cross road and dubai room is quite big clean and super clean

Very bad hotel. Not worth single rupee. No hot water. Food is not worth. Pols don’t suggest any one this hotel

The stay was clean and neat. The breakfast was just okay. Amenities were sufficient and satisfactory.

Breakfast is very pathetic. 4 bread and one omelet without any tea or coffee or drings. How they are getting 4 star rating for this hotel?? I don't know…,

Peasant stay, no disturbances, very clean and polite staff. Just opp to sahar centre and close to many restaurants

The room was not at all maintained. There were very basic amenities that is provided for the price though it is advertised as a star hotel. You can get better places for this price

I totally disappointed with customer service. There is no face towel provided even though i called customer service and requested to provide but they not bother. As per my booking tea mention as a complementary but they have not provided

Facility is below current standards, expired bathroom, kitchen & bedroom fixtures. Need a lot of replacements in order to make it updated.

Its on the sharjah side everything u travel dubai by taxi u have to pay 20dirhams tax n the service part is ok

No amenities in hotel if you call for something nobody will come

I really like the amenities inside the room, as it was a complete apartment with stove, washing machine, kettle, fridge and a comfortable bedroom. The location is situated nearby all kinds of businesses and shops.
