Hotel Holiday International

When we reach the room the floor is so dirty and the smell is like a man's smell and also the toilet urine smell. For the staff are so excellent. Food is very good. Only the room i had concerned about i think the housekeeping not cleaning before they call us to enter the room. Also the bed sheet in the extension room is full of hair and towel is not new wash because the smell of armpit.

We requested a late checkout until 2 pm, but unfortunately, the receptionist couldn't accommodate our request due to the hotel being fully booked on monday. But the housekeeping mudassar is very helpful and accommodating.

The hotel was crowded and the staff did not take guests’ requests seriously. I spoke to an employee named nada about changing the room and she told me that the room would be changed. When i returned to the hotel, nothing had been changed and all the rooms were booked.

Very good hotel. Newly built. Enough free space is there surrounding the hotel. Rooms are spacious. They can improve the breakfast little bit by adding few more items. Staffs are good.

Location excellent, food is good. All facilities available at economical price. Price seems very economical.

Carry on. Hotel is very nice, cheaper than similar hotel of indian city. Bf very good. Service and location too good.

At great location. Near the hotel, there is a great and big park. You can enjoy the sea behind the hotel. 2 MCD outlet and 1 KFC in-front of the hotel.

Nice hotel for holidays. Clean water in swimming pool. Nice staff.

Breakfast is nice but Hotel is not 4star as 2 star and not comfortable room we not accept this type of Holiday inn is this hotel This hotel like a ordinary and also staff is not familiar Also very bad smelling is in passage and room also Also Bathroom is to to small and like very ordinary I not prier to stay again sure.

Because of the location I chose to stay here. Rooms and the staffs was good except that they could not provide right information. Hotel rooms should provide a microwave, the bathrooms could be maintained, TV in the rooms need to be serviced but overall, it was good the shuttle service to city center was fantastic you could include more destinations. Last my dream to stay in this hotel was fulfilled after a long time.
