good stay , nice rooms good maintenance service nice beds and spacious rooms and nice receptionist and their service

The hotel’s rooms were not as shown in the pictures. The beddings were not clean. The staff was good though

Safe and clean, and nice, good behaving staffs as well. But there is no water bottles or water cans

No water, no proper parking , room is good for the money

Check-in was a disaster. Couldn't find our reservation. Had to pay the deposit of the room even though it had already been paid.

Very unclean, flies everywhere. Bathroom was disgusting. Walls were worn out. Sheets were horrible. Furniture’s were broken. And it wasn’t even that cheap. Only booked cu z it was named “crystal plaza” but it is literally a rip off. P. S didn’t click any pictures

Room is not nice, tv and ref is not working,aircon is very noisy. Not worth it with the price

The check in process was terrible. We make reservation for king room, quite and top floor but they didn't even ask us, and they didn't inform us and they give us the twin room lower floor and wifi connection is not good we need call 2-3times every day for the connection or any other requests

Room was good clean neat and tidy. The staffs were also friendly and helpful. I didn’t eat anything from the hotel because it was costly in comparison to eating at the nearby hotel restaurant and cafes. The only issue i faced was sometimes it felt like the ac wasn’t working.

Very bad front office. Room are really bad smell and that give twin room to couple. And room are with lot of cockroaches.

No drinking water was offered even after offering extra payment, room not clean smelly, the guest checked out after 1 day even though the hotel was booked for 3 days.

We had a very pleasant stay. Staff is very friendly and loving. Thanks to the team who makes our stay happy and warm
