Great for family. I like the location. Staff are friendly. Clean hotel. I like. The sofa bed for kids.

Your facilities are good. However, there was a leak on the floor of the room on the day it was raining heavily. Thank you.

The property is very accessible and near to different shops, restaurant, and park. I always enjoy their pool. On this stay, i really appreciate the housekeeping team, mr ahmad called me as i forgot my earbuds. And manoj and the ladyreception arranged the pick up of my earbuds. I really admire their hospitality and honesty for their work.

Hotel location was decent, but during my stay ac was not working properly, even after setting the ac after some time in the night got very low, very uncomfortable in the night and wifi signal was not available at times. Breakfast was ok, kind of english breakfast with different options.

Booked for 2 days staycation. Room was clean, front desk is good. Breakfast was average, not much items. Locationwise its in the heart of sharjah tourist spot. Aquarium and beach access is 15 minutes ride away.

Location and services are good, the breakfast is perfect but the buffet dinner and lunch haven't lot of choices.

It was a good stay, the staff was professional and very helpful 24*7 good rooms overall we had a relaxing holiday

Property is big, but other than swimming pool no attraction is there. Even the kids playing area was out of service, house keeping staff were slow, food not up to the mark, had ordered veg spring roll thr oil was smelling. In such a big property beautification can be done, activities can be added.

Calm and quiet with wonderful staffs

The property is situated nearby to park and other commercial establishments and yet inside was so calm and feels away from the city. The master suite was like a complete house with all appliances needed from cooking to washing and huge tv and dining area. Neha arranged my check in according to my expectation. The housekeepers sai delivered all my requests at the earliest and so thankful for zain and faisol for making up the suite like on the first day. The swimmingpool was well maintained with controlled temperature, and the staff ricardo, pejay, and hi-run were all helpful and hospitable.

It was a relaxing experiment !had a great time the staff was really good the entire feel of the resort was awesome it was very refreshing and a total mood changer

Too much noise coming from other room sound isolator very poor breakfast was okay staff was help fall from my side i will not stay there again

Since 1997, we have been staying at sharjah. I used to book this hotel through administration for my guests coming from various countries. This time, when we wanted to say bye to sharjah, we picked up this hotel for our stay of four nights. Good resort, but now little old. Needs renovation. Bed room is small and living room is big. If renovated, make it the other way round.
