Book on online for grop of us to stay for fun trip it was exellent service given from the person who checked in us great service keep it up good service this is my 2 stay on this property

Security very rude with customers, not a friendly atmosphere and no hospitality atall and staff not cooperative.

The room is not clean, the bathroom is slippery, and the pathways and room do not accommodate kids' strollers. The breakfast counter is very inconvenient. Overall, it is not worth the money.

Its was a wrong information the hotel has noon swimming pool pictures and info were wrong pls we went with great expectation all got wasted

Rooms are spacious, neet and clean. Location is good in term of shopping or restaurants available nearby. Receptionist is good security is good as well, lift is small compared to other buildings, only one negative comment is the hand spray in toilet never work good. Cooking utensils were provided only demanding. Rest all fine

We had a wonderful, but short stay at this hotel. Unparalleled hospitality. , who was extremely courteous, helpful and friendly, we had a good time and it’s really close by town and the city center really liked it over there

Good overall but stuff are changed my booking i disappeared

There were 50+ amenities mentioned while booking! pool was one of them but when i checked in and wanted to visit swimming pool, hotel denied having a pool in the hotel. Furthermore. I got a note that i can upgrade my one room suite to 2bhk! hotel denied to do that instead were charging 100dhs. Other customers were complaining too about lot many things. Hotel was clean and view from window was good but i wouldn’t recommend to those who would want peace of mind or a staycation

Overall not satisfied. The washroom was stinking. No drinking water facility.

It was actually a good stay at the hotel. The staff needs to be appreciated the most. The rooms, washrooms everything was hygienic and everything was the best at the hotel. Just give me the discount that’s it, i wont type for too long obviously. Yeah it was a good stay anyways!

Clean and cozy environment. We stayed more than 3 times already in ewan hotel.

Overall satisfied. We are looking forward to go back and stay in e wan hotel once again.
