Was a good stay not bad we will travel again was superb nice but lil hygiene should be there and enjoyed

A very good hotel worth the budget. Very economical. Close to bus stop and beach. I really like it.

To be honest your should not book in this hotel (the cleaning it’s below expectations and very poor service ) and the front office is very rude and his team as well need more training to be able to treat the customer in good way ! ( small note for the chairman of alsmou hotel please look after your team and your business they are destroying your company)

It was good stay with al smou hotel apartments in ajman, uae. There should have been big lobby and also should have wash room in the lobby area which can allow guest to relax more.

Aminities shown in the picture and the reality wad totaly differant. And the room given was not as per the booked one

Very poor service, cleaning, housekeeping & every service are very poor. Not worth this hotel.

Bed bugs

I can't sleep well because of bedbugs all over the bed. Please clean beds properly. It was a horrible night.

Am feeling great there all staaf is very helpful and food is very dilicious. Location of that property is awesome
