Mermaid Beach Hotel

The location was A one n staff was very respected with smile on there face.. Mr Arshad the manager was very kind n soft spoken person.. over all i enjoyed my stay..

extremely disappointing. The towels were torn, bed sheets had stains, the toilet was left unwashed, and the shower was rusted and barely working. Windows were so dusty that you couldn’t even see outside. Overall, the hotel was very unhygienic and far below acceptable standards.

Everything is ok not good but not bad at star hotel little bit tired important need at customer service

Location and room was awesome but the bathroom was not good no the bathroom flush was not working and i called them to make it work then they came at after 2 hrs

Location was great, however the hotel service, cleanliness was not good at all. No towel at bathroom, called twice to reception to fix the ac at midnight.

Ac no woking and pipe washroom also close ufff and telephone also no good it's not working and wifi also very slow

Very vast service in toilet leakage is there 24 hours leakage. Not expected. Really disappointed. By make my trip

Rooms were neat and clean even though it is old residential building converted to hotel. Excellent housekeeping staff to keep it neat and clean. Good reception staff and quick service. But no restaurant and other amenities.

I just stayed for one night and it was cozy and calm. It was a good visit. We came as a couple and had a good time.

I booked a room for a birthday surprise and they catered my needs. We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights.

Add prayer mat and qibla direction. Ac control should in every room or set all the time in one standard degree.

Not matched as advertised picture and poor amenities and no see view billed and charged approximate 7% extra property

The hotel is located at a prime location in front of ajman beach and balcony room with sea view makes it all blissful. But the hotel doesn’t smell good in rooms. The facilities for concierge etc are not available. You can get it all at nearby hotel in ramada which gives you access to their private beach also.

Room is quite big, clean yes, but no slippers toiletries is not complete no toothbrush and toothpaste even the little ones. Tv is i dont know why it is changing channels by his own. Funny right? But it's true. At first i make laugh at it but when i am watching netflix its annoyed me because it keeps changing the channel even the 2 remotes is in the side table of the bed.

They dont have designated parking for the hotel. You have to pay for the parking. The rooms are very untidy the washrooms are terrible.

Was a beautiful stay in hotel. No disturbance at all.
