Ewan Ajman Suites Hotel

The place is beautiful and all services are available in the hotel in everything from the liveliness of the Indian restaurant located on the ground floor

When i walked into the room in the floor. 2 staffs were fighting and when we went to the pool, the pool was closed had to wait for 30 omg and the break fast its said continental but there was nothing. Some tomato sandwich and some foood. On that flies are flying. The plates are having hair. The breakfast was terrible. Had to go to the room and order something. It’s said 4* but definitely it’s not. It’s probably a 1* or 2 * max. And then when we wanted to clean our room. The room service guy came to clean and he was fighting with us as the garbage guy did not take it and go he started fighting wit louder tone and had to call the reception and say that he is fighting. The room service guy is telling he is not my boss. I think there is no cordnation in the team. The bathroom is to smelly water is leaking. No towels were given after requesting many times it came in after 2 hours. Very bad service. Very disappointed

The place is good and the food is good. On the 12th floor I tried the food and the room is good

Everything was good! location is accessible to city and near to sharjah airport.

Very spacious and comfortable apartments all facilities available, petrol pump, supermarket and some restaurants available nearby.

Great place to stay. Excellent service. But needs to improve the maintenance of the toilet. The faucet is leaking.

There were cockroaches in the kitchen side and the breakfast was awful

Location is good in the center of city of ajman. The best part was a sunrise without any obstruction. Breakfast had very minimal items as compared to usual. Facilities were good as it was with kitchenette was very helpful for my infant baby.

Everything was good however the room we got was stinking very bad informed them to put spray but still and we were here for 3 days in bw nobody came for cleaning the room even after informing them

When something is terri ble, there is nothing to write about. I will never return back to this hotel

Insane people at the reception and service staff. Worst service. The only reason to stay, my office being pretty. Lose to this property

Great good

Everything is good but if you request any from housekeeping like bathrobe or slipper might you get might you not. I asked for 2 bathrobe but i got 1 that is also without robe. When i called and informed they said they are bringing but didn't brought in whole day.

Everything in the room was good but washroom was not clean well and water blocked in drainage but reception staff good

The room that we stayed in has a strong cigarette smell. There was a strong water leakage in the main toilet that caused flooding on the floor. The sofa cushions and the provided extra mattress smelled so bad that even if its covered with extra sheet, the smell is still very distinct. The bath towels does not smell nice as well. We stayed for 2 days, but the room was not cleaned during the day until we requested for it. The corridors are dusty and not properly. However the staff are friendly and they respond swiftly whenever we have some requests and complaints
