The overall experience was good. The location is good easy to reach. No traffic in the area. The hotel is clean. And the room was clean and neat.

So i stayed at this hotel for three nights with two of my kids. I had booked a normal regular room, but when i arrived there and had already checked into my room, the reception staff came to my room and wanted to upgrade me to a suite since they recognized that i am a pakistani celebrity, which i thought was extremely sweet and wonderful and thoughtful. We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel swimming pool, which is truly fantastic. The staff is extremely friendly and sweet and very caring and helpful.

But last week i feel so bad my room #102 i want to sleep well at night but i can't it was too distracting the noise(cars@horn) coming from outside the road

No calls attended by the restaurant in that premises. Rooms are little conjusted and the room construction when we walk into the room we will get confused and get in bathroom

Food definitely needs to be changed, its not good at all. U can’t even eat it. Room needs to be more serviced

Good experience in terms of stay and breakfast beach is clean and the place is quiet. However i faced a small issue regarding the beach access as i was not informed that i need to get a small card from the hotel to access the beach and get the towels so i had to walk back and forth under the sun around 20 mins to get it from the hotel.

I have never seen unprofessional, aggressive, unethical, argumentative behavior of the front officer on the reception at the time of check-in and check-out. Facing issues with pool safety, play area timing, pool assistance, delay in services and unnecessary service charges. Of course food was good and the restaurant office allowed us to have breakfast even after getting late to the restaurant. However, i never recommend booking this hotel again.

I had really great experience with the hotel. Hotel staff was really good and polite, neat and clean room-surely going to visit again.

Very pool access very nice pool fecilityies. Very supportive staff. Good. I will suggest but hotel should provide one mirowave oven in each room.

1. On the portal it showed that the hotel is 1. 5 kms from sharjah airport but the hotel is 20 kms from sharjah airport 2. They charge for additional water exorbitantly when they actually should not be charging for water as it’s basic human courtesy ex. 1 big water bottle is 10 dhirams that is 10 times the charge which is exploitation of the guest 3. Overall hospitality is very very poor not worth the star rating the hote deserves. 4. Charged a deposit amount although the full amount for the entire stay was paid before check in.

All is average but at the check in they make a bad situation with us. They need an extra money for the children and deposit they refuse to let us go to the room before pay

I didn’t receive the invoice for the amount i paid. Hotel charge 160 aed for the walking guest and direct booking wherein 285aed through make my trip booking
