Good location it’s near by Indian restaurant and Shopping mall rooms are comfort some minor concerns was resolved very quickly by staff

Front desk was not helpful.Especially the Guys.No parking provided as it was booking.A/C was not working properly.Facilities are very limited.

I request for cancellation i haven’t stay here nor mm t help in this case nor hotel my i spend almost 20+k inr mm t make customer happy using your app

Stay was excellent. Clean room, excellent staffs, proper amenities. Budget Friendly. The breakfast spread was okay, worth the price.

It was a clean and comfortable place to stay

everything was good apart from the delayed checkin. we were travelling with our baby and kept on requesting for the early checkin but couldn’t get it even on the mentioned checkin time (2pm). also we were misguided by a lady at the reception that the checkin time is 3pm. there was no one to help with the luggage (bell boy were not stationed) apart from this our one day stay was good the staff in the restaurant on first floor was very friendly my baby was very comfortable with the meals they provided.

The food was not up to the mark everything was store bought nothing was fresh and not many options were there, location is good coz i could order food from close by the staff really need some manners of how to speak and not g ice personal input to guests and see who they are speaking to my mom is old and wearing an abaya and he is telling her dont smoke in the room, thats not hownthey address it, rather say the room is nonsmoking room, and so much more they need basic manners, the rooms are good and comfy to sleep but no basic toileters were given

Had a pleasant experience during my stay here. The staff is quite courteous. Mr. Sale h was quite hospitable and helpful in the cafeteria and reception) the rooms are clean and well maintained as well.

They gave me an uprgade saying that im their customer of the day. I was too happy. They have a very good service

1-the electric boiler was broken 2- i forgot my vape and when i contact the hotel they told there is nothing

Everything is perfect especially the duty manager mr ahmed and the indian guy at reception providing the best customer service and guidance.

Good location nearest to indian resturant also are which have low traffic ares. When you travel from dubai frost nearest place from sharjah

It was pleasant and the staff was very responsive and cordial. Parking was available in the afternoon.

Good location and daily room cleaning was provided. Room was comfy. Provided daily with 2 litres of water for free
