Aldar Hotel

v bad customer service, room and corridor's temperature is so high. i asked for the prayer mate to reception but they didn't sent

I could not check in the first day of my stay as I had missed the flight in Mumbai. So I checked in the next day. Off to a bad start due to a problem of my own making. The room was pretty decent. But the toilet flush was leaking all the time and the water loss was really not a good thing to watch. The hotel is not at all value for money to pay . The Shower was terrible - had to use the health faucet to shower. Water was leaking everywhere. The saving grace of this hotel is the staff of Housekeeping and the girl at the reception.

There is no parking available. We parked outside paying AED 30/= it took over 1 hour to find a paid parking. Room not well maintained. Poor service. Don't book in this hotel. You can find better hotel near by.

The staff was polite and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Room service was prompt, and housekeeping did a great job throughout my stay.

when I reached the reception they told me your booking had been cancelled due to overlooking the rooms. I couldn't stay at the hotel.

Stay was pleasant and quite premium but check in was disappointing, they denied soft copy of my passport and asked to submit original lead to for another one hour travel to bring my original passport to check in which exhausted me literally besides everything was good

Great staying here. You can live here for a good time. I found it on make my trip. I always have great experience with make my trip. Last year i used it for my abu dhabi trip.

The bed was fairly comfortable, though the linens felt a bit worn and could use an upgrade. Soundproofing was also an issue, as hallway noises were noticeable, which affected sleep quality. The hotel is decent for a short stay, but a few small improvements in cleaning and comfort would make it a much better experience.

It a nice place to stay

I recently had a terrible experience at Aldar Hotel where 2800 AED was stolen from my room. The hotel's response to this serious incident was incredibly disappointing. While they showed me some security footage, they refused to provide the footage from the specific camera I requested, claiming it wasn't recording. This lack of transparency and cooperation is deeply concerning. I'm forced to seek legal action to address this matter.
