You promised us a studio apartment with sofa seating bus there was just a room. I’m not happy. I told to hotel management about that they was saying they can’t do anything you can talk with make my trip

Al hayat hotel apartments, sharjah. It is one of the best hotels at the moment i enter at the hotel the staff are so welcoming and the room is nice and big, clean and tidy, it smells like you are in the garden, the property is amazing. The location is flexible and you can go nearby, the food is extraordinary. All the best. One of the most recommended. I enjoyed the stay.

it was the worst experience.. when we arrived the bathroom was dirty with chuncks of sh%t on the bidet overall cleanliness was bad in the room Tables and chairs have a layer of dust on them when i was taking a shower the water stopped and i was in the middle of it and soup was covering my hair and body.. they fixed in 5 minutes but the damage has been done already. breakfast was terrible and only has boiled/fried eggs with bread and some yoghurt.. The only good thing was the birds we saw from the restaurant window.. I tried to feed them some of the food there and they refused to eat it.. At least cup cakes and the strawberry jam was good (which is from outside of the hotel)

soloPrime location and all important places are accessible by walk here. I would recommend to try it. Food options can definitely improved staffs are helpful all round the clock. Also coffee machine is lifesaver during evenings for bachelors.

Basically the customer service was not good, the lady who’s working in receptionist is not good infront of us she was talking in our language and about us. Also they made us wait for 45 mins. And we asked for towels they didnt even bother to got that.
