Copthorne Hotel Sharjah

The hotel was excellent. Near n clean. The staff was awesome. Smooth check-in & check-out process.

I stayed at the Copthorne Hotel for 10 nights, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which made me feel very welcome. The food at the hotel was excellent, with a good variety and great taste every day. I had no issues during my stay and would definitely recommend the hotel to others looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

We had fantastic stays at this hotel .. and location also perfect Staff also always friendly.. The facilities also very nice... And very spacious room.. Everything was clean and well maintained.. Value for money This Hotel....

Good Location, just opposite Lake, Room Size was good, I booked Standard Room - it is not good, the window opens just across a back side of another building - so absolutely no privacy. Always go for the Lake View Room even if extra charges. Wi-fi did not work properly, though the team came and fixed. No central switch on bedside, so bit inconvenient. Service was excellent. Breakfast buffet was ok with one Indian Dish. Generally the services were great. All the issues were handled within minutes.

Service was good , calm and quite ambience.house keeping service was good during the stay .all items are neat and tidy .but the bath linen are old .Environment is noise free . It is essentially to improve the lighting of the rooms .

1. Location: Good, (Hotel entrance is very small, if you park the car in the entrance, another cars were approached to hotel we took take exit. this happened two times. 2. Food: good. 3. Amenities & service: good, 4. Low ambient light at room, 5. Swimming pool water was very cold, 6. pool guard said to remove head scarf of my wife, he told , my manager said scarf It’s not allowed (even though She wears full covered swimming clothes). I don’t like his attitude, 7. Very slow internet

From this hotel I didn’t expect I book king bed and I mentioned booking time but still I got twin bed and we are 3pax but all amenities got for 2 pax even it’s not full and there is no room slippers even . I think there have shortage of linen once I have to give used towel then only staff ready to give new towel and after I request he refused if I’m giving one dirty towel he is giving one only it’s not he’s mistake my be management need to work about linen I stay 2 night but I didn’t get king bed which I booked Atlest i suppose to get good view that’s also not happing .if there is no availability may be stop taking bookings instant give trouble guest . Even small request it’s taking 1 hours and I need to inform same to everyone who attended my call .front office and HK have to improve alot of things .guest can adjust one thing but since check in to check out all are problem .....

Hi. The food doesnt have any selection, they should offer more variety esp in breakfast.

Food was ok but limited varieties. Hotel is Not worth for money.below average rooms and toilets. So hard bathroom hand spray/shataf was not useful 😑 .parking road was high steep ,like a mountain. difficult to go by a normal car

House keeping is very bad as we contacted two three times to get a bottle of water. Other things are good

Hello , Gudafternoon The Reception were amazing, politeness, respect and very kind with smile. All needs will be managed and taken care with no troubles or issues. The staff were very helpful and what i like most is the reception staff welcoming, special thanks to Ms RAYAN and it was the best experience.

There are two excellent receptionist that i dealt with. Rayan and evan. They are very professional, friendly, helpful and supportive. There was another guy at the reception who’s rude and doesn’t know how to treat guests.
