Fortis Hotel Fujairah

Very good location. Very Spacious room with attention to cleanliness and neatness. The room was equipped with all essentials one requires for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Thank you Mr Mahin & Charan very corporative and kind people. Love the hotel everything. Beautiful place to visit in Fujareh.

About food i prefer buffet(slect what i want to eat even choices are limited) than order in place

Our room is very neat and comfy, i slept well.

The heater was not working

The receptionist are helpful but the room they gave us smelled cigarette smoke.. The breakfast was not part of the booking but when we asked the reception, 25aed per head if you pay prior the bfast else it's 41 which is a good deal. Anyway, all good.

Very comfortable and nice place, nice swimming pool, good staff, nice dining, very cool place to stay.

Bed bugs kept biting me at night so i told them to remove all bedding. I asked for one single bed room turned out to be to small beds joined. I felt the border in my back if i slept in the middle. Mattress so hard i woke up with hip pain. There is night club in the hotel noisy and you see creepy men in elevators night time. Only 2 elevators there so you had to wait. No proper parking my car in back side of hotel in middle of un paved sandy road.

Room is nice but the sheets were not clean we found someone. Room is nice but the sheets were not clean we found someone's be-logging under the cover and some marks on the sheets and pillows also toilet seat wasn't clean and we found a cockroach in the bathroom and the crib that they offered the baby was very old. Overall experience was not that good for a 4 star hotel

We had a terrible experience with fortis fujairah, housekeeping is very worst, i stayed there for 3 days & 2 nights, they haven’t cleaned the room, they haven’t changed the bathroom towels & bedsheets, no one came to empty the dustbin, when i called the housekeeping no proper response, they are not even providing drinking water on daily basis, overall very very bad experience for us, paying more than aed 670 for one day for this hotel is totally worthless, please ensure those hotels are properly treating their guests during their stay.

Facility and experience, satisfaction is not worth the money paid.

Thanx to everyone for showing their kindness and effort. Smooth checkin, fast services, comfy staff, the interior of the rooms was very peaceful l.

Rooms smells smoky and smoking smell easily gets through the vents from other smoker rooms. Rooms are really noisy because of the multiple night clubs in the same building across three floors and you can clearly hear the music beats through the walls. Totally unsatisfied experience, and do not recommend it for anyone.

Specially i came here because of my friend recommended that for swimming pool was nice but swimming pool was under cleaning and dirty. I felt disappointed because i specially came here to swim and get enjoy. Also toilet was dirty no enough stuff, always need to request. Inside the room chair was broken. Hope they will consider the feedback and will fix everything.

The swimming pool elevator opens up to spa reception. Which by the look of it is not a decent place. It's not family friendly

Me and my fiance really enjoyed the stay, staff at the hotel is very helpful, perfect location, easy access to supermarkets, restaurants and beach will definitely come back to this hotel
