Novotel Al Barsha Hotel

Indian food option was hardly available in the restaurant. Not suitable for vegetarian Indian. Room service was pathetic.

I think this hotel was the worst experience for my whole family. I have traveled around the world, there service is terrible. After check in the room Ac is not working, then the best part no body is answering the calls. the staff is lost in there own word, there is no house keeping service, I mean you have to remind atleast 15-18 times if need some basic essentials or need your room clean. it was a pathetic stay all together. I would not recommend anybody to stay in this hotel.

Indian food is ugh everything including roti is frozen and rebated made of Maida housekeeping can best be described as erratic one day they give you four bottles of water next day no water one day they give you three towels next day no towels have to keep calling to get housekeeping done carpet dirty needs shampooing pillows god damn awful room dark dingy and small

Very courteous staff. Excellent day and food was really good. Located centrally very convenient. Thanks to the entire Hotel staff and make my trip.

Tardy housekeeping, terrible pillows most inconsistent service very poor Indian food options. Every day housekeeping decides it will do one thing their own way one day one towel next day two third day no towel

Location : decent; food : unfit for vegetarians ( range, taste, preparation ) all are substandard, Rooms : very run down and need upgradation. Overall service standard is not hospitality standard either

It was so disappointing I have to wait for 30 minutes just to get the water bottle in my room, and you know what I have called 5 times every time a new guy picks up and says just sending sorry sir for delay it happened with me for 5 times, I had to speak to supervisor then I got the water bottle after 30 minutes, service was so poor, but rooms and other experience was good 👍

Excellent Stay. American Buffet spread for breakfast while Breakfast for Vegetarian Indian is limited to one item in breakfast every day. 3 mins walk is the closest to Insurance Market Metro Station. My stay was on 13 floor with excellent view. Size of the room, hygiene is good. You will not get creamer (milk powder) if you wish to drink tea / coffee with milk. Already shared but 15% discount voucher not received

The hotel staff are very polite and kind to us specially sherry. She i s very helpful and great i think we gonna come back soon later with family and we are thinking for suite the next time.

It was chaos since check in. I usually don’t write a review. But it was that bad. Reached early morning and my prepaid room was sold to someone else. Had to wait at the reception for over an hour to get an alternative. Most of the staff was not very pleasant.

The rooms were very small and had lots of operational issues. The faucet was not working and even the hair dryer was not working. After complaining for 3 days our room was changed and the second room also had certain issues.

Novotel al barsha was a comfortable stay. Great room, friendly staff, good breakfast menu awesome pool and other facilities. Loved the ambience all around and the hotel is well connected with metro. Mashreq is closest station. Had few small super markets around and 1 mosque near by. Staff was great to deal with very friendly and very polite. Spa & sauna were great addition as well. All in all a great pleasant stay. Will book again when i am around in town.

Enjoyed the prime location and accessibility and had a great experience with cleanliness and services from the concierge.

It’s a nice hotel, centrally located. Under 5 minutes walking from the metro station. Excellent eateries nearby. The hotel breakfast is great. Most rooms have a pool view. Friendly staff. Java cafe serves good coffee. Not very expensive, at least when i stayed

It was amazing stay

i had an absolutely horrible experience during my stay at this hotel. basic amenities like toothpaste, towels, and slippers were not available in the room, and every time we needed something, we had to call and request it. the worst part? it took them over an hour to deliver these items! the concierge showed zero interest in addressing our concerns, making us feel completely ignored. the room cleaning was poorly done and left much to be desired. power points in the room didn’t work, so we couldn’t even charge our phones properly! for the amount we paid for the room, i expected at least the bare essentials, but this hotel was too miserly to even provide those. despite the price, nothing about the stay was worth it. definitely the worst hotel experience i’ve ever had—avoid if you can!
