Emirates Plaza Hotel

I booked the room after reviewing the photos provided on the website, but unfortunately the reality was completely different. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff were extremely rude, and we had to wait almost an hour just to check in. The rooms were dirty and had a very strong, unpleasant smell that we couldn’t tolerate. The hotel is basically a bar and club, and it is definitely not suitable for families. The staff also seemed suspicious and unprofessional. There was no individual A/C control inside the room—the controller was located outside and shared between two rooms, which was extremely inconvenient. Shortly after we checked in, our room filled with cigarette smoke coming through the ventilation from the neighboring room. This was absolutely unacceptable. We paid at this hotel, and when we checked out early due to the poor conditions, we were not given even a partial refund. The customer service was terrible, and the hotel is poorly maintained overall. Please don’t waste your money on a place like this.

The hotel is for value for money travellers. Provides comfortable stay and that’s it. Due to the ADIPEC conference the rate was way high for its standard. Overall not bad.

The rooms were clean and service was very good. The staff was very courteous and reacted to any of our requests immediately. The breakfast was also very good and wide spread. Check-in process was also very smooth and the staff guided us to the nearby restaurants which was very helpful.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience! The room was upgraded to a suite, which was a lovely surprise. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and essential amenities nearby. The staff were friendly, cooperative, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The area is bustling with options for dining and shopping, making it a great choice for both leisure and business travelers. Overall, I'd highly recommend this hotel for its great location, excellent service, and upgraded amenities. Five stars from me.

The room smells bad. There is no parking for your car. The reception is not welcoming and not very nice. Worst stay.

Everything is good. But there is no vehicle parking fecility in the hotel. I got paid parking 2 kilometers far from the hotel

Noisy room, noise from ac, cleaning not properly done. Very strange smell in the room. I asked reception to assist but they shared its normal

The location is very good in abu dhabi city, the staff, i didn't interact much with them just during the check in and out, they were welcoming. From a parking perspective it was a horrible experience, it is a paid parking spot and if you come after 7 am, you will suffer to find a close by parking, most of the area is a resident parking area, therefore, you will be fined and your car might be towed as well as per the roles the room furniture was old and didn't match the rate i paid for although my room was upgraded to suit.

Location is great- accessible to public transpo. We had breakfast served in our room. The hotel had only one access to all floors of the building which makes it inconvenient as the building is has other business establishment. It becomes disturbing in the evening as you can hear and feel the vibration of loud sounds until 4am at most.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and equipped with all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was courteous and always ready to assist, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience. The location is a significant advantage as it provides easy access to nearby attractions, shopping centers, and restaurants. Despite being in a bustling area, the property maintains a peaceful ambiance, making it suitable for both business and leisure travelers. While the hotel offers good value for money, i feel that some areas, like the in-room dining options, could be expanded to enhance the overall guest experience. Overall, emirates plaza is a great choice for anyone looking for a budget-friendly and well-located accommodation option in abu dhabi. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Hotel is very old fashion not classic and it has lots of night clubs it’s not a family place
