Four Points by Sheraton Singapore, Riverview

Great location. Good room with a good shower. Breakfast is also good. Early check in was given which helped a lot.

The corridors were smelly and hotel staff was rude.

We have booked for 3 pesons and paid alsi but didn't get extra bed. We were getting much cheaper rate on other portal for 2 guests but we have booked on mm t because it shows rate for 3 adults. But hotel demanded sgd 72 for extra bed. Kind return our 3rd adult charges.

Good stay. Location found mm t list of hotels. Central location. Cabs easily available. Clean rooms, good sanitatio, good food in restaurant

Faced issue with toilet wc - did not work properly leading to foul smell in the bathroom.

There are no surprises here, the hotel is neat, by the river and serves its guests amazingly well. The food at breakfast ranged from south east asian to indian, with something for everyone.

Nice hotel, it takes bit time while checking but the stay was comfortable. Rooms were neat and clean. We were having the City Side view and it was awesome. Less options for vegetarian food. In breakfast fruits are the best option for vegetarian. Hotel riverside cafe was too good. Stayed on an honeymoon trip, had a lot of memories out there. Thanks Four point Sheraton for the facilities and quick response.

Walk through river side is fantastic, city side facing rooms views are excellent worth giving try.

Nice place alongside the nice and calm riverside with well developed walkway/track, hotel is well located. Bus route 123 goes from bus stand opp Side of hotel straight to Sentosa as last stop. Couldn't be more convenient and cheaper to reach there and back. Clean hotel. Good value for money

Visited the hotel during a vacation. The service were prompt. Enjoyed the steam bath at the 5th storey. Excellent stay.

Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and I must say, the location is amazing to start off with. Very close to local attractions and right opposite to the local bus service.

Perfect location with city view on one side and river view on the other. Chinatown, Clarke quay and orchard street are the nearby attractions within walking distance.

Four Points By Sheraton has a great location if you travelling to Singapore for a holiday. Everything was in close proximity Sentosa, China Town, orchard Road, etc. Moreover, Singapore River flows By next to the hotel and they have seating outside where you can enjoy a hot cup of coffee or a cold beer! Staff is always very helpful and polite. They maintain the hotel really well.

Staff was very friendly and the hotel facilities very excellent.

Cattle class hotel and pathetic customer service. Had booked deluxe King room from makemytrip for family of 3 (couple and kid) and was allotted twin bed single small bedroom. Duty manager said they don't guarantee same bed if booked by agency. No room upgraded even though I was ready to pay. Book this hotel at your own risk.

Amazing location, very good access to shopping 20 minutes walk to orchard road and very close to Sentosa island. The staff is very friendly. Amazing experience.
